The doctor is very nice but you'll never get out in under 2 hours even for the most basic appointments. Usually 30 min to an hour after your appointment you go to a room. 20 min later nurse checks. Then 20-30 min later doctor comes. If any other repeat interactions wait another 20-30 for each. In all you'll be there 2 hours for 10 minutes worth of face to face.

I’m was currently a patient there and when I called to fined out what time my appointment was they going to tell me that it was today, which was a lie because my appointment card that I happened to find says otherwise and going to tell me that my account has been put in as inactive because of no shows. I go to all my appointments yea the last one I had I went to but they told me that it was at another time which was 15mins late ok reschedule and it wasn’t until 5/7/2025 and today is 4/30/25 and going to tell me I can’t be a patient there anymore because you put in that it was for today. Naw!!!! I’m very upset and I don’t know if this was a blessing or what. Guess it’s time for another Doctor. I hate to have to find another doctor but the ones in the front…..

The staff is the worst, they are not friendly at all (they make you feel like you are putting them out). They called me on several different instances telling me to pick up my medicine saying my pharmacy had called them saying I hadn't picked it up...each time I checked and my pharmacy said they don't do that and I had nothing waiting for me...obviously they had the wrong person! The results from a mammogram needed a follow up test and by the time they called me two weeks later I had already had it. There are notes in my chart online from a supposed appointment with the second doctor (whom I have never seen) in my records!!! Obviously the wrong person's appointment notes were put in my online file. Prescriptions take forever to get approved for renewal..they always blame the pharmacy saying they didn't receive it...every single time. This is not acceptable!

Dr. Bullecer is a very nice and good doctor. My mother has been a patient of hers for years. My biggest complaint is her staff! I dislike every time I have left a message it is halfway taken care of or relayed, no follow up call, what was requested is hardly followed through with. Then, my bigger problem is scheduling my mother for an afternoon appointment just to have her sit there for hours to be seen by her doctor! Today, she was scheduled for 3:30, she arrived by medical transport. It’s is passed 5 pm and my mother is still waiting to be seen by Dr. Bullecer. I hope to God her transport is able to pick her up and take her back to Madison County from Athens. I couldn’t go to this visit because I had other appointments with my children today & I have to be at work by 6:30. I even called to see who I could speak to or if we could just reschedule the visit to another day. Of course office staff is still there but cannot answer since they rolled the line to the answering service now. I’m beyond frustrated with the way the doctor allows her office to run. I totally understand she has another practice and emergencies happen. This could have just been rescheduled to another day 2 hours ago!

My mother and my mother in law use Dr Bullecer as their Physician. She takes great care of her patients and spends as much time with them as needed. I never feel rushed when I accompany either of them to her office. She is thorough and provides care not only for the medical side but ensures her patients are safe, mentally stimulated, eating well, etc. Lisa, the nurse practitioner is a wonderful asset to the practice as well. She provides excellent care as well. We are so pleased with this practice.

I dropped off a urine sample for my husbands 83 year old grandmother last Friday because, as someone who works with the aging community, I saw signs in with her that pointed to a UA needing to be collected, tested and treated. She has dementia and could not verbally tell us what was wrong. Here it is a week later, nothing was done by the office what so ever and my husbands grandmother is currently in the hospital, SEPTIC from a kidney infection. Promise you, if she makes it back home after this, your office can write her off as a patient. This WILL NOT happen with her again. We’re changing her primary ASAP.

We love Dr.Bullecer,but someone in her practice drops the ball often. I had a CT scan July29,2021, today is August 24th and we still haven't gotten results! My wife has called 4 times and they keep saying Dr.has not signed off on it! Who is responsible?

Dr. May has treated my mother, my first husband and me. She extended my mother’s life and also my first husbands. She now takes care of my new husband. She is kind, caring, generous with her time but mostly she is brilliant. She is the best diagnostician! I love her.

Wow, just wow. I'm appalled. Quite the irony blasting Christian music while making us wait on hold for someone to be kind to us there and actually help us out.
