Will not answer the phone when you call. Wants to call back when I’m unavailable and act like it’s your fault they can’t get in touch with you. Wrote me a letter saying they have been trying to reach me to discuss my results but could not get in touch with me. Perhaps if they had a receptionist that answered the phone instead of their automated phone system maybe patients could get their results from the doctor. I gave up trying. Hopefully I’m not dying as I will never be able to find out because no one will answer the phone. Would not recommend this doctor. Clearly they got my money now they don’t care. Won’t be going back. I wish I could give them zero stars. Horrible, horrible, horrible staff.

OKAY: STRANGEST POLICY. Dr. Williams' office claims to not have a "transfer of care" policy. So, I cannot be seen by them due to having another doctor that I am trying to leave. I have not had a steady GI that I have liked for some time. Guess I will add Williams as one more. They can't seem to further explain their reasoning. That in itself is not promising. I would like to think that they are trying to help someone in their community but, I guess that is not the case. Extremely frustrated and disappointed in their decision. There should be a different outcome regarding my phone call to them this morning to set an appointment. 💯 😡💩

I was an established patient with Dr. Williams for years. When I began having issues again, I tried to schedule an appointment with him, but I was unable to reach their office for two weeks, so I unfortunately had to see another doctor. I tried to get on his schedule again recently, and I was told I was unable to see him now because I had seen someone else and they don’t accept “transfer of care,” even though I was already an established patient??? I’ve never been more infuriated with a doctor’s office before, and with the lack of gastro doctors in the area, it’s even more infuriating that you can’t have options once you already see one doctor.

Dr. Jeffrey Williams in my opinion is the best GI doctor. He is compassionate, thorough, and cares about his patients. I’ve had a 5 star experience with him and his office. Completely dropped the ball in treating my mother for ulcerative colitis… for 6 months she has been in a really bad flare up and he just kept throwing prednisone at her ever increasing problem instead of getting her on a biologic… she been in the hospital 3 times in the last month.. she has gotten so weak she can’t even go home and will need to go to a nursing home for physical therapy before she can go back home… her new doctor is waiting for some infections to clear up and get her on a biologic now…. Dr William's staff was just putting her off every time she tried to get in for a post ER visit follow up. They simply did not care what happened to her!

The Jiffy-Lube of colon inspection. Clinic is beautiful, staff is lovely. I can't say much about the doctor since I was never afforded the opportunity to meet him. I have never had a proceedure done without the doctor first introducing himself and giving me a brief overview of what was to be done. Not so here. I caught a glimpse of him when he breezed through and dropped some papers on me while I was still waking up. He gave me erroneous info on my condition and was gone before I had any chance to speak to him or ask questions. I will not go back.

Absolutely the most attentive, thorough and professional staff I have ever been to in the medical field. I've had two routine colonoscopies and an endoscopy at this facility over the past 6-7 years, plus in between visits. For a facility to have so many people who work together like they love their jobs (and clearly their employer) is a rare things to see in healthcare! The main office is great, but I have had more interaction with the endoscopy center. I will never have these procedures in the hospitals again as long as this place is here. Professional, ultra modern, friendly....If you have to have a colonoscopy or deal with GI issues, bring yourself to Dr. Williams and his staff. I truly am so impressed with them.

Unbelievable! Careful to save you the trouble, this doctor refuses service. If you have a record, don’t bother, they will refuse service, I was basically told to put it blunt A self pay rate sounds like a great a idea and fits some people’s situation as an option for patients and I was excited. I need an upcoming endoscopy, had cancer prior, yet just a routine endoscopy. I was refused, the office chalking it up to getting a 2nd opinion that they will not do. Seldom do I hear a doctor not wanting to help a patients. Now being cancer free for awhile just needing a routine endoscopy check up with self pay rates known, but hit the brakes.... they are clear they will not perform the procedure once records are reviewed. What a shame and sad. To refuse a common not so technical procedure, I would think it’s counter to a doctors ethical/moral standards. .
