My experience at LensCrafters with Dr. Frank was very disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I could hear him loudly talking in the back room. Unfortunately, the conversation wasn't just small talk—it was focused on politics, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional in a medical setting. During my exam, Dr. Frank made assumptions about how often I wear my glasses and how much time I spend on screens, without taking the time to ask or listen to my input. I had specific questions and concerns I wanted to discuss, but he rushed through the appointment and didn’t create space for a real conversation. It left me feeling uncomfortable and dismissed. To make matters worse, after the exam, not a single staff member offered to help me choose new frames. I ended up leaving without making a purchase and decided to take my business elsewhere. This was my first experience with LensCrafters, and unfortunately, it will also be my last.
