Dr. Dillard is thorough, caring, and intuitive. He and his team have served as my ENT experts since 2014. During a recent exam, he saw a concern in my vocal cords and determined possible connections to other areas of my body. He immediately ordered a CT/MRI on my brain, neck and chest, and promised, "We will fix it!" His insight resulted in my being diagnosed with a heart disease that is currently being treated by a cardiologist. Dr. Dillard, thank you for having a stake in saving my life!

I spent a lot of time and money. I've had three VOAT ( waste of time) and one sinus surgery ( waste of time also) . I really hoped for something good to come from all this but nothing! Dr Dillard was always very professional with me and the staff in Lawrenceville was nice. Sandy springs office needs help no doubt terrible to be nice. I'm still suffering and will probably die early from this and that's okay.

I can't say that dealing with Dr Dillard or his office staff was a good experience. They took 40 minutes past my appointment time to get me in the exam room. Once they were done they moved me to a different exam room and had me wait another 5 or 10 minutes just to tell me they were done. They gave me incorrect information about my insurance coverage and when I called about it the next day they forwarded me around the office for 30 minutes. I got more frustrated and angry. After getting hung up on, I called back and spoke with a woman who is actually trying to help.

I went to Dr. Dillard 2 years ago to have the VOAT procedure done so that I could quit having to use my CPAP. He would not do this procedure to my throat, and insisted that I do a sinus surgery to my nose. After all of the wasted time and money, he would not perform the VOAT surgery that I first went for. After the sinus surgery, he told us that our insurance would not cover the VOAT procedure and he knew that before the sinus surgery. He just wanted to do the sinus procedure so that he could get that money because he knew we couldn't pay for the VOAT without insurance help. After the surgery he kept saying, "Your so much better!" The truth is that my snoring is worse now than before, and my wife has to wear earplugs to sleep now. After 2 years of hearing how bad my snoring was by my wife, I felt obligated to write a review so that others don't make the same mistake I did. If you need help, see someone other than Dr. Dillard. A total waste of my time, and my money.

Was forced to undergo a CT scan in his office on an old rickety machine; On top of that I was stuck with the medical bills for it, even after making them call my insurance to confirm that the procedure would be covered! Dillard himself makes you wait longer than any other doctor I've visited, and the staff are not that helpful either. Condescending attitude, openly flirting with female medical students in the office...

Dr. Dillard got my reoccurring ear infections to go away. I had been to everyone under the sun and already had tubes. He's the man and I love his nurses. There's one lady in his front office staff that I don't care for, but the rest of them are awesome. If you are looking for a doctor that gives a damn about you as a person, he's your guy.

Dr Dillard works hard to find the problem and a solution, not just write a prescription! For the first time in 30 years, I haven't had a sinus infection this past winter! Thank you Dr. Dillard! You and your staff are amazing!

First, the office does a well job implementing covid precautions and the nurses/assistant staff to the doctor always asked questions to get to the bottom of what’s going on with you. As for the doctor himself, he strikes me as an extremely knowledgeable guy that knows what he’s talking about. However, from a very quick examination, the tone of his findings always struck me as somewhat condescending and dismissive of the problem at hand. Generally, people want to be taken seriously with their health concerns and not that “it’s nothing!” Without offering further testing.

Dr. Dillard does not work with the First Choice programs. This program gives Veterans a other choice instead of the VA Hospital.

Lots of unnecessary testing to run up the bill and did not treat my issues. Took my records and went elsewhere after tons of time and money totally wasted. Stay away!!
