I had a great experience once again with Dr. Demarco! Throughout the appointment I felt I was in great hands. He's very friendly, personal, professional, and thorough, and he takes plenty of time to answer your questions. In my last visit, I had quite a few questions about deciding between bifocals and reading glasses; he patiently guided me through the pros and cons of each, offering a lot of helpful tips and suggestions. I was referred to Dr. Demarco for possible surgery. I work in healthcare and was extremely impressed by him, his staff and the facility. Dr. Demarco took his time with me and answered all my questions and calmed my fears. The ladies at check in and checkout where extremely pleasant and efficient. It was visible that they are taking extra steps to keep their patients safe during this time of Covid. Big shout out to also Renita and Ashley in surgery scheduling for all of their help and navigation with the insurance and scheduling process. The follow up from these ladies has been top notch. I also want to recognize the wonderful staff in lens education and measuring Chritsy and Ashley where extremely helpful in helping me with information on the right lens for my needs and really helped calm my nerves about the procedure. Fantastic Practice!!
