I purchased a Yule 650 last June for a fair price. Unfortunately, it left me to walk home 4 times over 70 miles of usage. Called to ask for suggestions/help and received none. Called to take it in and was told they were busy before Thanksgiving. When it wouldn't start, I put it on my trailer and took it to them early December and was told they had no room to keep it to work on due to busy holiday sales and they would work on it after the holidays. After numerous calls for timing to bring it in, I received a text they couldn't work on it and I would have to carry it somewhere else. Good luck if you need service!!!!

Having great fun with the Crossfire. Just what we needed, thanks. I changed the oil and found out it is almost impossible to find a oil filter. The Google lady hooked me up, thanks Google lady. Just for the record, it's the same filter as a Vespa. All I need now is a windshield and it would be perfect.

Shop elsewhere! Prices get jacked up and product has too many terrible reviews to ignore! I have screenshots, saw the ad on a Saturday and website said that shop wouldn't be open until Tuesday! He "changed" price before opening shop on Tuesday! Just trying to go local and support local businesses but this one has terrible reviews and I'm glad it worked out. Went directly to X-pro and couldn't be happier with the product and shipping was on point! You lose and my boyfriends granddaughters win! Happy Holidays 😉

Spent $90 on an ignition Switch last year. Did not install because I found other problems that need to be addressed before that was a concern. Put it storage for the winter and when I went to install the ignition 2 weeks ago it broke the first time it was attemptedto be used. Key will not even turn on top of bothering face and backing plate coming off. If I could give a negative review I would.

DO NOT IGNORE THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS , U WILL B SCAMMED & TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF Stay away from this place , the owner is completely scamming & sabotaging our children’s riding toys , once u take something to get fixed it will never be the same again , he tightened the valves on my sons dirtbike when all I asked him to do was put a carb on it & a tube in the tire , he tightened the valves so tight the bike ran for 5 minutes then snapped the valve keepers , also took him 3 weeks to do so , I should’ve known better after purchasing the dirtbike it started falling apart within one day of paying him extra to put it together , I took it back & he tried charging me $10 for 2 screws that were lost , the muffler fell off a month after having it & the plastic did as well , being he deals with mostly children size ATV’s & uses the love we have for our children as a way to support himself us saddening , the name of the company speaks for itself My neighbor dropped two 4wheelers off only to have them looked at , he them supposedly fixed them without permission & tried charging more then they cost brand new so he lost both his kids 4wheelers

Thanks for ruining my little brother's Christmas. He has wanted a dirt bike for four years, and my mom has been saving up to get one. The owner let her do a layaway thing to ensure that the price stays the same and that she is ensured to have the bike. But he kept raising the price, to the point where we couldn't afford it anymore. He was so rude and blamed the mechanic for his mistakes. We are buying from a different place now, but my brother's bike isn't going to get here until around February. I cannot believe how awful of a person you are. A week before Christmas, and now you are raising the price on the bike we aren't put a payment on?! Shame on you. Please don't buy from them. Don't give this inconsiderate shank your money. Hope your Christmas reflects how you treat others. And for your New Years' resolution, I advise writing down "be a better person."

Agree with other reviews. Shady, unprofessional, crook! Spoke to owner about a bike that was $799 the week before Thanksgiving but priced jumped to $999 the week of Thanksgiving. Ok, I can live with that. So drove 45 minutes to meet him and put the bike on layaway for my son for Christmas. He told us he'd be there. Didn't show up and we even called him. He had a mechanic ring us up. Mechanic mentioned he just that morning called and told him he decided to charge a fee for our layaway that he didn't tell us about and just that morning decided to do knowing we were coming in. An additional $50 for "storage fees". Went today to pay off the bike and pick it up and he told us the price was now different than the originally agreed upon price. That he had a smaller one for that price but the one we put on layaway he raised the price yet again and refused to honor the price on the receipt and website at the time of layaway purchase. Tried to blame the mechanic for writing the wrong price down but I have pictures of the bike for that price. He refused to honor the price on the receipt or the website picture. A bike that was $799 Nov. 1st is now $1200. He told me we could get the smaller bike or pay the extra money of the new price to get the bike we originally purchased!!! I don't have words for my level of disgust!! One week before Christmas he won't honor his store's price at the time of layaway and it is all about ripping me off!!! I'm a single mom that has spent a solid year saving up this $$ for my son's Christmas. Now he can't even get a dirt bike because this man is a dishonest crook!!! If I had any way to come up with the extra $$ I would have paid this awful man but it took every last penny I had to come up with the $$ at the price it was at when we put it on layaway.
