Bought an 03' F-250 recently, test drove it and ot drove almost like a new one. Was looking forward to my first ownership of an F-250. Drove it the next day to Gatlinburg and back to pick up our daughter, 7 hr trip. Drove it all weekend then on Monday morning I got a vibration like a bad tire. Pulled over to check it twice and seen nothing out of the ordinary. As I turn onto the road I take to work the drivers side front wheel came completely off the truck and across the other lane into the woods. Blessed that there wasn't another car coming and that this didn't happen goimg over the mountain or interstate as that could have been fatal. Seems truck had the wrong spacers on it, dealer states they didn't do it but they knew they were on there. In my honest opinion if you know there are modifications that could be harmful, they should at least be looked at and buyer informed at the least. After sending photos to dealer, being told they would call back in 10 minutes i had to make multiple calls and texts before someone called me back over 5 hours later. Upon checking the passenger side front also had 4 sheared lugs. Dealer made no offers to help with this. In my opinion at the least they should have offered to help find the right wheels or spacers for it if not replace them. Truck now sits in the yard until I can come up with the extra cash to buy new wheels if I cannot find used ones. Suggest anyone purchasing from there to do a thorough inspection. Not knowing anything about this I never even considered looking for spacers. Was told at end of conversation, don't sweat the small stuff. Just thankful this truck didn't result in a funeral for 3. In reply to your comment, had me knowing it had spacers I would have verified they were hub centric not lug centric. Lugs on passenger sode have been sheared off long enough that there was rust at end. Doesn't happen overnight.

Just bought a 2007 F250 from them. And this is the first time that I have ever Said or Felt that a used vehicle Dealer was being honest with me. Plus they have a full service garage and a honest Diedel mechanic!!! (Something else that's really hard to find.)!
