This store had the best things you need or want for sports, I visit here to looking at it, also it’s funny that they have Lionel Messi Inter Miami shirt for the MLS, but everything is fantastic and great quality, and it’s clean, thanks a lot!!!

There was a mistake made with my return both my fault and some to the stores (though I completely get how it happened, total accident) BUT....I went back the next day, scared I was gonna seem like a crazy person when I explained what happened but the team and manager were super nice about all of it and helped me correct the whole situation! Pleasantly surprised in a world where they could have just told me oh well, your loss, they understood and helped me solve it :)

Mark was so helpful and informative on the golf section where he helped us do an order in store. He seemed passionate about his job and helped us through the process and even let us know who to call if anything happened to the package. clean and nice staff!!

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods. I attempted to return a pair of shoes well within the 90-day grace period, as confirmed by their chat support and even higher-level customer service through email and phone. They all assured me that the return would be accepted without any issues. However, when I went to the store, not only did they refuse the return, but the manager was incredibly rude and arrogant, dismissing my concerns and ignoring what I was told by their own support team. This experience has left a really bad impression, and I expected much better from such a large retailer. I’ll definitely think twice before shopping here again.

5 Stars for the Golf department. The much needed expansion is great. The folks there are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. There needs to be more availability for club fitting because they all know their stuff.
