The staff were very nice. I called last week and got an appointment as soon as this week. I didn’t even wait 10mind to be called back from the time I got there. The P.A came right on it and identified the problem in no time. He treated my daughter and we were on our way. Most insurance is accepted here which is a plus. Highly recommended this place.

I was called back to the exam room right on time. Staff was Tristan’s professional. Doctor came in right away. Doctor explained everything clearly and discussed payment options (questions as to whether to claim on insurance or self pay) I chose self pay and price was very reasonable.

This was not my first visit to this practice, but if anything they have only improved in their approach to serving their patients. From start to finish with check-in (minimal paperwork), physicians assistant, and doctor (yes, I actually got to see the doctor, not just her assistant!), I was given personal, professional, focused attention that immediately addressed my needs, reassured me as to the quality of care I was receiving (all excellent), and made me confident and pleased I had made the right choice in returning to this practice. Very refreshing indeed in these uncertain days we are living in.

Dr Sebastian was really nice and kind. I was called right on back as soon as I walked in. He listened to all of my concerns. He was very quick and diagnosed me right away. The entire staff was nice and I HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Iluba is the best dermatologist in the area. She has a great bedside manner, always listens to your needs, and makes sure you are comfortable. She will provide detailed info and options for anything that needs an intervention.

Sebastian always greets me with a big smile. His easy going, quiet manner immediately quiets my nerves and I never feel like i am rushed to get out of the office. He does a complete and thorough examination of my body, which I must do yearly because my father had melanoma. It has always been easy to get an appointment at their office and I would gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good dermatology practice in Athens.

I love the staff and Dr Iluba. But I can never reach a person at this office. I'm always directed to a call center in India. Then I request a callback and get called back by someone in the call center in India who puts me on hold to try and reach someone at the office. Why doesn't anyone answer the phone? I've been in the waiting room. I've never seen any of the 2-4 people staff behind the desk pick up a phone. That call center in India is such an inconvenience and irritation. I've never had a doctor's office use such a service except for after-hour calls when they will at least forward you to the nurse voicemail.

life changing, the athens location. Staff is super friendly & always ready to help, who i am extremely thankful is Dr. Afonso, after 19 years suffering from eczema i finally have relief, you can tell he genuine cares for his patients & is always super professional. not trying to be dramatic but i owe Dr.Afonso & this clinic my life. if you were thinking about visiting please do so.
