I had an appointment with Letitia "Tish" Anderson, and she was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable, talked to me in a way that made me understand my problems while NOT being demeaning, was obviously very knowledgeable, and was funny. The front desk crew was also very kind and helpful as soon as I walked in the door. Over all, I would highly recommend.

The online system needs help. The Search portion of the application is not easy to use. You must use exact name for item/address to be found. It should show as text is being typed. I felt rushed through the process. Both asked many times if I had questions and were very attentive to me, regardless, I felt rushed the whole time. (My perception).

Same day new patient appointments are rare these days but I was able to schedule an appointment with no issues. The front and back office staff were great and the provider listened and gave awesome feedback. I’ll definitely return for routine skin exams!
