Today the driver "Bernard" picked up my 1997 BMW Z-3 that had been involved in an accident and delivered it to my personal address. I just want to say that Bernard was very professional and an extremely nice person. He even commented that he was glad I was not injured seriously. If I ever have a need for towing services again, I will definitely call Dennis & Judy's Towing and personally ask for Bernard as a driver if possible. He is a true asset to your company.

I had a tire to blowout yesterday and I called to get my car towed to a dealership. The very nice driver arrived and hooked up my car to tow it but then noticed I had a great spare. He changed the tire and I was on my way in 15 minutes! I also only waited on them to respond for 20 minutes. Excellent service!!

I have an old F250 that slung a break pad while driving and I couldn’t stop. Had to get it towed to a repair shop. From start to finish I was very impressed with the company. The lady who took the initial phone call was professional and very nice on the phone. Which isn’t a normal thing I’ve experienced with towing companies in the past. The driver was great, really nice guy. From the Time I requested the tow to watching my truck pull out of the parking lot on their flat bed was less than 20 minutes. If you’re in a bind- THIS is definitely the company you need to call. i have them saved in my phone for any future needs.

The short and skinny, I cannot recommend this service and their driver, Jeffery Lord any stronger. The longer version is my daughter is a college student in Athens and recently had car trouble. Her car wouldn’t crank, the doors wouldn’t unlock. Thinking it was a battery, she got a jump before taking it to a box store auto parts store. She had purchased the battery 12 months before at this same store. They told her it was a starter issue, and maybe an alternator. I had them install a new battery by phone and still it wouldn’t crank. I called a friend who recommended Jeffery Lord and gave me a number for him. He responded and got the car towed to a repair shop we have used in Athens. When he dropped the car off, he went to jump it off to move it and realized the battery cable was loose. He tightened the cable and called me to tell me the problem. He had cranked the car multiple times to ensure that fixed the issue. Jeffery went above and beyond and even waited on her to get a ride to the repair shop to get her car instead of leaving it over night. I hope we don’t need a wrecker again, but if we do, I know who I am calling!

Very good people, affordable and kind. What I would expect from a towing company! They delicately delivered my van and 2000 excursion. Yes I trusted them with a beautiful limited vehicle. Also, the driver I had (jay jay) I believe, was very kind and watched his work carefully even though I was one of the last stops. The excursion was center of trailer and secured to my liking. I highly recommend this company especially for large vehicles and especially recommend the driver if available. Very satisfied with the service

So Saturday night me and my mans were doing uber eats for fun because we got bored unfortunately we got stuck at the persons house we delivered food at I was clearly shaky upset freaking out and we called a towing company as the towing person named Chris shows up he talks to the owner of the house basically ignoring me claiming he wants to call the cops because he smells alcohol mind you me and my bf don’t drink we came to a conclusion that he was judging us because we are Mexican then he was kind enough to help because the owner convinced him we were just delivering food he did the work that I appreciated but proceeded to take a photo of my license saying he needs it incase I cancel the payment I laughed because I would never do that it’s sad because I was clearly upset and shocked and he was just making it worse , yes he helped but I don’t appreciate the discrimination.
