Estella was SO so sweet and actually picked a dress that I wouldn’t have pulled off the rack and I LOVED it! I said yes to the dress!

💫 All the ladies at David’s Bridal in Athens were so friendly! My bridal consultant, Kayla, was truly exceptional — a genuine gem. She was warm, patient, professional, and so thoughtful throughout the entire appointment. Since my mom and sister aren’t here with me, she made the experience feel incredibly special with a sweet little ceremony and bell ringing that brought tears to my eyes. She guided me through every detail — from my dress to the hoop, veil, and shoes — with such grace and care. Sarah was also wonderful and took beautiful photos and videos for me — it honestly felt like I had family with me that day. The store manager (I think her name was Mrs. Emilia — sorry if I got that wrong!) was also very kind and welcoming. The store has an amazing selection of bridal gowns. I just wish I had found this place sooner! I found my dream dress, in my perfect size, only two weeks before my wedding — and it didn’t even need alterations. 💥💯

I had Connie as my bridal consultant and she was beyond amazing!! I came in only having 24 days until my wedding after finding out my original wedding dress didn't fit and she helped me find my dream dress. She was so kind and so caring and not only managed to help my mother and I both find dresses but she put up with us having 3 rowdy kids with us and kept them entertained and happy the whole time. She made me feel amazing in every dress and was very in tune with what I liked and didn't like without me even having to say anything. We spoke to several other employees while we were there and they were also very kind and helpful. It was the most amazing wedding dress shopping experience!

If I had the option of giving no stars then I would. This was the worst experience getting a wedding dress. I went to exchange my dress for a different one due to losing a lot of weight and not loving my dress anymore. The manager said it wasn't a problem, they needed to inspect it first to be safe but she set me an appointment. I get to the store and start trying on dresses. Then I come out and the manager tells me we need to discuss my dress. The arm pits had yellow/makeup stains on it from when I had gotten it from the store, which they knew about. She tells me that the dress smells like cigarette smoke. I don't smoke cigarettes nor does anyone in my home! I purchased the dress from them and it was taken out of the bag 1 time at home since then. They tell me to call customer service and try to get approval for them to exchange because the person who had the dress before me may have damaged it and it sat in the bag for months after leaving the store. After sitting on hold for 45 minutes with customer service, they tell me they can't make that decision that it's up to the store. So I go back inside, wait another 30 minutes and the manager tells me that her manager won't allow her to exchange it. I was exchanging a $700 dress for a $275 dress. I was in the store embarrassed, in tears and still don't fully understand what on earth happened. It was definitely not the experience I expected when trying to get the last wedding dress I will ever wear. I do not recommend going to this store. They will sell you a used dress, then not exchange it if it has flaws from when they sold it to you. Worst experience ever!

Love, love, LOVE this store! Grace B was fabulous assisting with my mother of the groom dress, Kayla was an excellent consultant for my nieces wedding dress and Amelia is awesome! Very caring, customer oriented and will not let you leave unless you are absolutely happy!!!!!
