Horrible customer service, and horrible products. I purchased a sign that it displayed outside of our building less than a year ago, and it is already deteriorating. This is not the original sign that was paid for, and DAP will not assist in this matter without me repaying for the sign twice. Originally DAP was at fault due to their measurements being off, and they decided to place a temporary fix and did not do anything about it. The outside signs were supposed to be completed in 4 weeks; it took DAP over 6 months to complete our order. Melonie states that she speaks with her upper management, however, she leads me to believe that anyone in this company has no regard for their customers or future business. DAP is completely unprofessional, and the service and quality are horrible. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
