We love our new floor! And, with Dalton Carpet One, the process was the easiest and most pleasant we’ve ever had! Even though we don’t live at the lake full time, Diana went to the house to evaluate our existing floors and helped narrow down our options to match the new floors. We were able to handle this mostly by email, phone and text! Then, she passed us off to Brittney for a seamless experience with scheduling and preparations for the installation! The installers did a top notch installation which included moving our furniture out of the way and then back in place! And, if that wasn’t enough, Lisa called afterwards to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction!! We will definitely use Dalton Carpet One again for our flooring needs!
