ZERO STARS. I had to send my prescription here once and I will NEVER do that again. I picked it up today and when I got home, I realized the external tamper seal on the bottle was broken. I called the pharmacy and told the pharmacist what happened, and she asked the tech what happened with the bottle. Only then did the tech admit she opened it by mistake. She never informed the head pharmacist so I was not told anything either until it was too late. I need this medication to function and because of the tech's incompetence and dishonesty (not telling anyone what happened, at my expense!!), I am now absolutely screwed for this week. I have 3 important exams that I now won't be able to stay awake to take or study for because I don't have my meds. I understand people make mistakes, but not telling anybody about the mistake when it's people's medication and health at stake is so unprofessional. I am so, so disappointed.

Had my Covid-19 and flue shots. The lady who administered the inoculations was A+. Extremely proficient. NO PAIN!!!! The front store staff was helpful and knowledgeable!!! A great visit!!!!

Got here at 9:53 to get cough medicine for my daughter. These lazy employees had already locked the door. I stood and knocked for 2 minutes. They turned out the exterior lights on me. Pathetic store crew with no consideration for the business that pays them. Customer at the door ready to pay their high prices no questions asked and they turned the lights off on me. Could have driven to the other location and would have made it in time but chose the Athens location and end up going home empty handed while my kid can’t sleep because of her cough. This evening shift crew is worthless.

There has been a change in this store over the last few years. I used to dread shopping at this location because of the abundance of homeless people in and around the store. The store was not clean especially in the enclosed entrance area of the building. But today there were not any homeless people loitering around the store. And the store was very clean. There was not any trash lying in the entrance area. If there has been a change in management in the past couple of years I want to thank you very much for the changes you've made to this store location.

I can not say enough about the staff and pharmacists that I have had the pleasure to interact with at this location! Pharmacist eager to help with any questions you may have with compassion and knowledge. No matter how busy they are, always kind and helpful. The pharmacist that filled my prescription was extremely rude and argumentative with me. I incorrectly read that the pharmacy was open until 10 (when in reality the store was open until 10 not the pharmacy) and he was very annoyed with me that I showed up at literally 6:01 when they close at 6. He did fill the prescription but only because I essentially begged for the flu medication that was called in. I was pulling out at 6:03 on the dot so I hope that two extra minutes was worth him being a jerk to me. Will not go there again unless absolutely necessary.

They lock the doors before they are suppose to close. If I was corporate I would look into that.
