DO NOT GO HERE!! I placed a photo order pickup that I got email confirmation it was ready at 9:54. The store closes at 10 so I got there at 9:55 and the front doors were locked and all the lights were on. Another guy with his son got out of the car saying it should be open. We knocked on the doors and the guy completely ignored us! When we finally knocked enough he couldn’t ignore us, he came to the front door with his little hippie bag in hand and said “we’re closed” with an attitude. I said “yeah well he been here for 5 minutes just trying to pick up my order” he goes “it’s 9:59” I said “you’re still obligated to let me in I don’t understand why the doors are even locked!” And he just shrugged his shoulders. The worst employee ever and someone needs to fire him IMMEDIATELY!! CVS is a retail company that serves until 10PM. I placed the order and received confirmation it was ready during store hours!!

They will not return calls that you have to make via an automated system and it takes them a full day to fill prescriptions.

God speed if you ever try to print a photo here. They provide an apple cord even though they state apple can't use the cord to transfer images. Neither of the bluetooth nor wifi transfers actually went through before disconnecting, or just straight up refusing to connect in the first place. Wasted about 20-30 minutes attempting to print a ups package label.

Don’t use the pharmacy if you have any specific instructions. They were given explicit instructions and immediately ignored those instructions, putting a patient in an unsafe situation. This is careless behavior that puts people’s wellbeing at risk

My mother, internationally renowned professional, went today with my teenage sister. Hispanic-American family who, as such, communicates in both languages. Manager heard them speak Spanish and proceeded to accuse them of shoplifting. After my mother, god bless her calm soul, respectfully invited the manager to check her bag, pockets, etc, as well as my sister’s (emptying her bag and both their pockets so as to prove the heinous accusation wrong), to check the cameras and call the police did she finally stop her harassment, excusing her behavior by stating the store has been subject to quite a lot of shoplifting and robbery in the past few weeks (which would have anyone on edge, I get that, but I guarantee you the false accusation would not have been made had my mom and sister been speaking English -as they oftentimes do, again, bilingual family). Unacceptable. We’ve lived in the US legally for nearly 30 years and my dad is American born (trace your roots back to King James VI type), my mom moved here due to marriage since, honestly, she had no real need to otherwise (thriving career back in LatAm). The blatant racism and xenophobia…we’d never been subject to it, ever (luckily so). I kindly ask neighbors to speak up should they witness such a scenario and perhaps undocumented residents should refrain from going given the store’s clear bias and agenda (mostly from the manager, I understand the cashier was actually quite the professional and decent man).

Got a call from Vicki who informed me that I was due for my shingles shot. Even though I live in Savannah, I am in their records because I get my flu shot there when I go to Athens. She was very informative and answered all my questions. I appreciate the time she spent with me to explain what I needed and why. Whenever I visit there, the pharmacy staff is always pleasant and very helpful.

My friend’s doctor told them to not run the prescription through insurance, the first thing they do is run it through insurance, so now my friend has been outed to their unsupportive parents.

I bought a pack of ensure clear. When I got home I realized that they had expired in September (6 months ago). Unfortunately I didn't get a receipt so that's money down the drain. Why were they still on the shelf??

I've gone into this CVS a million times for random items: lunch, razors, quick supplies that I needed for school. Every time, I'm greeted with a smile and a hello, no matter who is working. Today, I used the pharmacy for the first time, and they were absolutely amazing as well. I didn't have a full understanding of what I needed or what my options were, and the guy working with me suggested a brand better for my insurance plan and ended up saving me a lot of money and hassle. I love CVS, and I always have a great experience at this one.

Would not recommend buying any food or food products here. Went last night and bought three things and didn’t realize until I got home two of the three were expired. Would recommend going to target which is just a short walk away if you need anything. Also, all we had was cash and the self checkout doesn’t take cash so had to wait for an employee to realize there were 2+ customers forming a line to be checked out. To make the experience more enjoyable, we were harassed by a homeless person camped right at their door.
