Very helpful and understanding. They were so polite, making sure I understood the advantage they had here. I wasn’t sure if I should get a unit but she made it simple and clear the savings they had here. Outstanding Service and Professionalism! I recently had the pleasure of working with Ong at CubeSmart Self Storage, and I can’t say enough about how positive the experience was. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. She were knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood all of my options and felt comfortable with the storage process. Ong took the time to walk me through the facility, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I had everything I needed to make my move as smooth as possible. I was having issues with my unit and went into the office mean as hell. The issues were related to upper management/process changes, but I was rude to the manager, Ong, even though my complaints had nothing to do with her job. She was patient, calm, and gracious beyond what I deserved. She quickly and professionally de-escalated the situation and helped me find some options to help resolve the issues. She is an A+ customer service person and deserves recognition.

This place is close to my family's home that is convenient for me to come and go just wish it was 24 hours .I like how much security this place has I think I will like it here they are understanding to your needs even though one employee from what I gather loves to make false claims she did on me recently. But other than that it's very secure and she is respectful outside of that

The move in process was wonderful! The employee in the office on July 12th around 1pm was lovely, answered all our questions, directed us personally to the storage unit and offered water since it was so hot! Highly recommend this establishment
