Amazing Service from Jasmine at Cricket Wireless! Jasmine was our sales representative today, and she was absolutely patient, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. Her customer service skills were elite! She made it such a pleasure to be in the store. Even though she had multiple things to handle for us and other customers were coming in she still managed to make everyone feel like a top priority. She got everything done quickly and efficiently, all while keeping a positive attitude. Jasmine truly made us feel like family. We can’t wait to come back just to see her and chat again. My Dad( who is elderly )went into this store to ask for help with his phone when I was in Florida. The young gentleman that was there told him he couldn’t help with his phone that he purchased from the same store. I reached out to another store across Athens ( North avenue)and the young lady was excellent at helping my father who is elderly.

Went in there Sunday 2/23/25 to get a new phone with my wife and the associate who was there would not talk to us we waited 30 min just to be talked to and told we couldn’t be helped. Your associate was very rude. She needs better customer service skills. We went to a different cricket store that same day and had a vastly different experience. I would never recommend this cricket store to anyone. Ever.
