I went in today with multiple issues on my bill and needing to change over my phone number. Despite it taking almost two hours, making no sense to any of us, and being very frustrating to all (!), Liz and Ajayy were nothing but absolute PLEASURES to work with! They both went above and beyond with superb customer service, even calling me back at 7:30 at night to make sure that my issue had been resolved! They are truly assets to this company and store!

My family has been very happy with our Cricket Wireless plan for a couple of years now. When it came time to get a new phone, I went to the East Athens store for help. The mood in the store was very relaxing and low pressure, everyone was so friendly! My sales person was Julie, and she was very patient with my many basic questions ... she made sure I understood everything she was saying so that I could make a good purchase decision. I went there with my mom to buy 2 IPhone Xr's and these two super kind and friendly ladies at the counter helped us. Their name are Julie and Kaitlyn. They were both really good and did their job good. They where both friendly wit my little niece and gave her a paper and pencil to draw. These two ladies are awesome definitely need a race of money for their hard work. Keep up the good work ladies! 10/10 on costumer service.

Great customer service and reasonable prices. I personally don't use cricket but my mother does and I frequently am asked to make her payment and have always had a good experience. They let me know about their products & service plans without making me feel pressured to buy their stuff or switch to them. If I ever decide to switch cell phone carriers they will definitely be one that I consider.
