I came and got a new phone Feb 11Th 2022, Roberto did the sale... although he helped me with a new phone, he charged me an extra 200.00 for the phone and they REFUSE to give it back.. Ive called the main branch and everything and they wont give my money back.. I went in and spoke with Isabelle(at least that was name she gave me) and she was no help whatsoever... this company is a rip off and they will steal your money.. So if you’re reading this review, they still haven’t refunded me yet.. I’ll remove it once I get my money back.
