I’ve been a member of Creed for a year, and it has been the best decision! Creed is not just a gym, it’s a community. I’ve never met a more supportive and encouraging group of people. From the coaches to the other members, I am constantly encouraged and strengthened. I find myself wanting to exercise instead of putting it off like I would at any other gym. Coach Noah and Coach Lindsey are the best! In both classes and personal training, they help tailor the movements to me to help me get stronger and feel confident; I definitely work out harder with their help. Coach Lindsey, specifically, has gone above and beyond her call of duty to help me in my personal goals. I am Creed for life!

I joined creed about a year and half ago. I wasn’t familiar with all the different movements but thanks to the coaches and members, I was able to learn and progress. Coach Noah and Coach Lindsey have helped me meet personal goals and challenged me to do more! I look forward to going to the classes, especially after a long day. The coaches are each extremely helpful and dedicated to helping us improve our physical health. At Creed you'll find knowledgeable and encouraging coaches in an environment that cheers you on. I'm not an athlete and started working out after 40. Creed modified workouts for me and brought me to the point of feeling confident about working out and even loving it. I don't want to miss creed - not the workouts and not the community. I think Creed is a great choice if you are a new to working out or if you are super experienced. The fitness levels are varied, so don’t be intimated about wherever you are in your journey! The coaching staff is super welcoming and will help you get started in whatever way they can. They are super knowledgeable so if you don’t understand a movement or are injured, they can quickly help you modify. I think the classes are great because they are big enough to provide encouragement and support, but small enough to where you get that one on one coaching feel. The workouts are also written in an intentional way so you get strength, endurance, recovery and are never bored with the same routine. I started at Creed in the chaos of my first year of law school. Staying consistent in my workouts here has been the perfect outlet for stress and has kept me sane and motivated. I highly recommend trying a class to anyone who is looking for a community that encourages you to be your best self not only inside the gym, but outside as well.

I’m so glad my husband convinced me to join Creed. I wasn’t thrilled about going back to barbell lifts (after doing them with sports when I was younger), but I kept hearing incredible things about the workouts, community and coaches. I thought I would do a week trial and move on, but here I am 3 years later. I love the variety of the workouts, and the coaches and community are even better. No matter what class you attend, coaches and members are encouraging you and pushing you to get better (inside and out of the gym). I enjoy the benefits of feeling stronger and healthier now, but being in my late 30’s I know my future self will be even more thankful for everything I am doing at Creed to help fight natural muscle loss.

This is a great gym, whether you are just starting to exercise or very experienced. I joined 3 years ago when I was looking to start doing fitness classes again. I was out of shape but found there were plenty of options to scale exercises for my abilities. It’s been amazing to see my progress over three years and I only attend classes approximately 3 times weekly. The coaches know what they are doing and are always there to answer a question or provide a helpful queue. The members are so encouraging and it’s truly a supportive environment.
