I used to enjoy ordering using Cosmic Delivery, but tonight I ordered using their service and almost two hours later I still have not received my food. Their tracking app shows the driver running all over Athens and the estimated time keeps getting later. Calling the company was no help. They used to offer money back for late delivery (even if it was just a few minutes late). Now they said they will see if they can do anything. Never use Cosmic Delivery.

Terrible. If you order through them the restaurant will never get it and you have to go in for them to start making the food. Los Reyes off Jefferson is the absolute worst about this. If the restaurant doesn’t have doordash or Uber eats forget about it

I placed an order through cosmic delivery and they called very quickly to say they were running short on deliverers and it would be over an hour. I asked to cancel my order and they said no problem. I then proceeded to figure out another delivery alternative. For some reason they couldn’t cancel the order with the restaurant and told me An hour later it was on its way and they were charging me. This isn’t the first time something has gone wrong with them. Don’t use cosmic. It’s inefficient and you’ll end up getting charged for food that never makes it to you or arrives super late

I was delivered a wrong item that was less 1/2 price of what I ordered. Cosmic didn’t believe me & said they couldn’t vary with the merchant until the next day, because the store was closed. However, that wasn’t the truth because the store didn’t close for over an hour. So, Cosmic promised to get back up with me the following day to resolve my missing item once they’d made contact with the store. Still nobody bothered to even contact me after I waited & they just stole my money. It wasn’t that big of a deal until they treated me this way on top of it. So, I’m obviously disputing them overcharging me.

Well I would share photos of how many times I have had issues and it not be taken care of properly but it would fill your screen so I won’t. They keep restaurants that are closed on their site, get your money and then cancel the order leaving you to have to wait for a refund (repeatedly.) When food comes wrong they are not nice about trying to get it fixed. At least with doordash I don’t get attitude when I’m explaining that my whole order is wrong. If I could give negative stars I would. Also they do not understand that when they put a hold on your card it doesn’t not instantly fall off so those funds are not immediately made available.. just frustrating to say the least. The current text exchange I’m having shows how unprofessional they are honestly. Would not recommend. **FOLLOW-UP Trent reached out to me, went over the texts from his employee and apologized. Furthermore he made it right which is what matters. I am willing to give them another shot just based on how Trent handled it alone. Will follow up on the review.

Cosmic is the only delivery service I will ever use in Athens. Fast, affordable, delivers far distances, great customer service, treats their drivers very well and they are ALWAYS willing to fix an issue no matter if the restaurant, customer or driver were the one at fault. Trent is a great boss and business owner. The managers are nearly all very hard working and determined to give you a great experience. Cosmic is the only sizable service of any kind that I’ve used where the owner will personally converse with you over an issue you have if need be. If you want a personal experience with a company who’s managers are truly passionate about what they’re doing then use cosmic delivery.

Took more than 2 hours to get food. Order at 7:30 didn’t get till now 9:45… I called twice no help at all.. definitely not using them again

I have never had a bad experience with Cosmic Delivery. My food is always quick to arrive and still hot. The delivery personnel have always been nice and courteous. Not to mention, I live in sort of an out of the way area, and they will call/text to verify where they are delivering to. They also let me know if something has come up and they will be a little later than the time given. I've been using them for over a year now and have never been disappointed!
