I normally have a great experience coming into the shop and was looking forward to seeing this sweet employee who has helped me multiple times but she was not there it was a white woman with purple hair and glasses and I simply asked where’s my favorite employee and she responded in a very racist way; proceeding to describe employees by the color of their skin in ways that is untrue and also talking about the size of people bodies and put on an accent that made me feel mocked. I don’t know her name but she needs a sensitivity training or to be fired.

I’ve been going to this store since it opened. I only go for two reasons: to check out new glass and buy cleaner for my glass. I went into the store last night to buy some cleaner and was asked for my license. Again, I’ve been going since the store opened and have NEVER been carded. I didn’t have my physical card on me, but had my virtual license. So I said I had my virtual license, she said it needed to be a picture ID. Well, virtual IDs have pictures, which is what I told her. She said it needed to be a physical ID. So I said, “so, my virtual ID which is accepted as a form of ID with both TSA and law enforcement, doesn’t count as an valid form of ID for a non-tobacco or alcoholic product?” And she said, “no. I can’t sell this to you and we haven’t updated our policies.” So, I left and won’t be returning. What is with these weird policies appearing out of nowhere? Like it’s isopropyl alcohol with sand in it. What do I need an ID for? Just avoid. The place has gradually gone downhill, not worth it. Go to Westside Smoke shop. At least their prices are better and have nice staff who care.

How are you not modernized, it's legal to take electronic IDs in Georgia, so you should be able to show your electronic ID in the store but per the company policy can't do that, very useless if you ask me.

Great customer service but we were there to buy disposable vapes. They told us what they tasted like so we chose when it tasted like cleaning solution before that the store tried to exchange it. They would not let us see it stuck with a $40 vape that taste like chemicals. I don’t think.

I pass two other spots to come here. I’ve just gotten use to the customer service. The manager Jude is the best. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help with recommendations. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and it’s greatly appreciated.
