Several years ago, Dr. Ashford was recommended to me when I sought an Evaluation of my hormone levels and see if was possibly contributing to my chronic fatigue syndrome/fibromyalgia Symptoms. This is in part why had the endometrial ablation procedure, I was lucky not to have any issues with bleeding and always had mild periods/pms. Although It unfortunately didn't help in this aspect, it’s been awesome not to have to deal with PMS/periods. Now I'm returning to him for his expertise on perimenopause/menopause. 😁

I’ve known/ seen Dr. Ashford and his wonderful staff since 1994! They make you feel so comfortable and at ease. I have anxiety and I can say that’s never been a problem during any of my visits! I had the ablation a month and a half ago and it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done! After having my tubes tied my periods were so heavy, I ruined so many clothes it’s not even funny. It took me a while to build up the courage to go do this procedure, I wish I had went years ago! It’s been life changing! If you’re considering it and have just kept wanting to but putting it off go for a consultation! I promise it’s life changing! To not have a period anymore, not having to worry about the bulky pads (I called twin mattresses that still couldn’t hold my cycle) and being free of cramping, mood swings, no hot flashes, and more energy! I can’t express enough how life changing this has been!! I love Dr. Ashford and his staff they’re amazing!!! Thank you all of you for changing my life!

Wow, for the last month I have not felt well. What started as a "basic" UTI turned "severe" kidney infection was not going away. Urgent Care visits, ER visit, and several primary care visits were involved. I continued to follow up with my primary care since pains were not better, only to be told it was a guess of a cyst at this time. After staying worried, I visited Dr. Ashford to obtain some good news and excellent care. Even though the infection is still there it is nice to know the answer. With a few shots and proper medication I would say I feel 85% better for the first time in a month. The way he spoke and explained things was very reassuring.
