So glad to have found this shop! My car is 10+ years old at this point and has started needing repairs, and Classic City Motorworks has both let me know what needs to be done and worked with me on spacing everything out so it's more affordable for me. Christie and Morgan in the front office are friendly and great with customers, and while I've been surprised a couple times by just how much needs doing on my car, it's all 100% understandable and I've never once felt like I'm being overcharged or oversold. I've even recommended visiting friends to bring their car here while they were in town. As long as I live in Athens, y'all are my mechanics!

I didn't think good mechanic shops existed anymore. Have a 2013 Mini Cooper. Caliper was stuck on the passenger side. Digging into the rotor. They got me in and out, back on the road FAST. I can not Thank them enough.

My tow was assigned to this place through my insurance app, and the car was left at the wrong location 7 hours after it was assigned. Even though I verified the address with staff over the phone at 7am. Luckily, I caught it because my app sent me a review request, so I called the shop and they said it wasn't there so I called multiple times and texted and the guy replied he had taken it to the wrong place.

The owner called and informed her of their final diagnosis but was empathetic to cost and helped her to prioritize certain repairs. It is hard to find a reliable and honest automotive shop but I will recommend and continue to bring my car to Classic City!

Honest repair center with reasonable prices. They didn't know anything about me and did a great job with my son's 2012 civic. I originally took it to the local Athens Honda dealer and they quoted me $3900. Classic City diagnosed the problem quicker and the quote was around $300. Thanks Classic City! You have a customer for life!

We've been taking our car here for years and they are amazing. They have always kept us very well updated on how repairs are going and if it was something that they couldn't repair, they have referred us out to someone that was very good in that repair area. I would highly recommend them. ***I would beware the towing company that they use though! Dennis and Judy's. They charge you $120 to tow literally 30 yards!***
