The lady with the crazy drawn on eyebrows could be a little less rude to customers in my opinion. She hardly could look up from her phone when I walked in. I love the products here but I’d love to buy them from any other person than the one I met today.

I came here a few weeks ago exhausted out of my mind because I hadn’t been able to sleep for at least 2 weeks. I was too tired for me to remember who helped me but it was a younger tallish guy and he was amazing. He listened to everything I had to say and helped me pick out some gummies since they don’t carry flower here anymore. When I expressed a bit of surprise/sadness at the price of the gummies he recommended me because my budget has been very tight lately he offered to give me a few samples instead. I was taken aback and surprised that I was given enough to last me for 4 nights!! I immediately thanked him a million times and when I tried them at home I had a VERY nice and much needed almost full nights rest. These people are amazing and will help you any way they can! I highly recommend. I’m currently taking a break from hemp products in general but when my break is over I will DEFINITELY be back!!!

Truly compassionate and understanding people who care about their community. I've been visiting them for years and have always had a pleasant experience. I think that the negative reviewers were maybe mostly having bad days themselves. It happens. Franny's folks have been helpful, humble, attentive, observant, understanding, cheerful, chill, and even offered to replace some stuff when I(through my own fault) bought the wrong thing(but I had already opened it and given it away). Anytime I have tried to go elsewhere(due to them being closed or me being away and impatient) I have learned my lesson. Franny's for real tho. We are very thankful!

Love this place! My dad and I came in to find something to help with sleep and his neuropathy in his feet. Allen, the man who works here, was extremely knowledgeable about the products, cbd and delta ins and outs and he was just the best person to carry a conversation with! Definitely recommend stopping in and finding a product to fit your specific needs. They let you sample products first before buying which is a plus! Will be returning to Frannie’s.

I’ve been a customer at Franny’s for a year or two now, and have always had a pleasant experience up until today. I asked a blonde-haired lady what their strongest edible was, and she looked at me like I was an idiot. I tried to ask more questions, since I typically smoke stronger things but am going on vacation so I like to have something to take off the edge, but her entire vibe made me feel like I was wrong for asking questions and needing help. She was extremely rude, and had the other lady not come up to help me I would have left. Giving four stars because maybe she was having a bad day, and there’s always room for grace, but I’ll be avoiding her if I choose to come back.

Products are great quality and I am happy with the variety of products I tried! Love the Delta 8 flower and gummies, CBD gummies, bath balms, and lip balm! The employee from the Hickory NC store was so wonderful and informative! I was visiting family when I checked that store out. Since then I've ordered on line and that experience was great as well.

My experience at Franny's Farmacy was great. The staff and the owner are very professional. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell. If you have any questions about anything, just ask and they will answer any questions that you have. I would definitely recommend this dispensary.
