Very disappointing registration process. I just moved from Illinois and completed the online application. Never received any word back. Called and emailed several times, never got a response. Finally, I made an appointment to do it in person. I got my son signed up with the district, but was told because of his IEP he may go to a different school other than what would be his assigned school based on residence and I would receive an email. I never got an email, then the next day his school called to inform me of his absence.

Very disappointed, have called Twice no response. Child was withdrawn from school wasn’t notified until the day before. Nothing has been sent over from her old school to the new one, so my child literally had no conference. My Child has had a evaluation from NE. Georgia Therapy Center that has been on her file since kindergarten the school was unaware of it made my child do double testing where she passed the first time and failed the 2nd time, And I’m finding this out from her new teacher because she wanted to know why would they do her like that giving the information that I have given them? And I’m starting to see that it’s not a Winterville elementary problem is that it is a Clarke county educational problem. Very disappointed in the lack of caring that I have received from this county overall and I promise this will be her last year in Clarke county.
