An Unforgettable Experience with Claire! This was my very first boudoir photo shoot, and I honestly went into it thinking I was just taking photos with a friend - no expectations, no nerves, just curiosity. It's hard to put in to words how amazing Claire and her team are. Not only is Claire a phenomenal photographer, but she helped me with every step along the way with various other wedding tasks. I was able to get most of our vendors from her recommendations including the venue, the DJ, and videographer, and they didn't disappoint. She even helped us set up our wedding timeline, which was a huge relief. Our engagement photos were our very first time taking professional photos and we were nervous that the experience would be awkward. Claire made it such a fun time, and it ended up being a cherished memory rather than just a picture session. Claire kept in contact every step of the way of the wedding planning journey, and made it a very stress free process. The photos from our engagement session and wedding are absolutely breathtaking, and she got our wedding pictures back to us in just 3 weeks! This was the best experience of my life. What started out as a gift to my husband for our anniversary turned into a self love journey I didn't realize I desperately needed. As a small chested woman, I never felt I could do boudoir because it wouldn't "look right" but Claire absolutely showed me that my body is BEAUTIFUL and I can be sexy with a small chest. In general, she made every step of the process so easy and was super approachable with questions about anything and everything. The day of the shoot felt like a dream and I left feeling like I had reclaimed my self love and self worth. And now I have some incredible pictures to commemorate the experience that my husband will also enjoy! This was such an amazing experience and I think everyone should absolutely do it. Claire is hands-down the best photographer in the Athens/Atlanta area! Not only does she have an eye for the most AMAZING shots, but her bubbly-spirit and pure-heartedness makes you want to be around her all the time. Claire is wonderful at communication - you never feel in the dark about what the plan is or how your wedding day is going to go. She responds quickly and cheerfully and is always willing to answer any questions you have. Photoshoots with her go so smoothly that you don't even realize that time is passing. She made me feel absolutely beautiful in front of the camera. My husband, who is not a fan of photos at all, has told me on multiple occasions that Claire makes taking pictures enjoyable and he is absolutely right. :) Having Claire as our engagement and wedding day photographer was the best choice we could have ever made. She outlined our wedding day for us so we knew what photos needed to happen when. She captured our special day so perfectly and that is something I could never put a price tag on. One of my favorite parts of being a client of Claire is that she loves to bring you in to her studio and do an in-person reveal of your wedding photos. We made the trip up to Athens about 3 weeks after our wedding and spent the afternoon in her precious studio. She gave us a small gift to keep that had a handful of photos on it which was so thoughtful! Our families purchased three albums, two canvases, and a large print the day of and we are so thrilled with the products! Claire sent our proofs to us in no time and I had the albums in my hands less than a week after our reveal. To have all of my photos digitally AND have a physical photo album a month after my wedding was such a treat. I love looking back at all of the incredible photos she took as we remember our special day. If you are looking for a photographer who is going to go the extra mile for you, you have found the right person. Trust in Claire -- she is the BEST! CLAIRE IS PHENOMENAL! She is seriously a fairy godmother with a camera. ✨️ And the praise! You won't find a more passionate hypewoman. I'll be remembering her gasps and "wowww 😍"s for years. As for the experience: You can really tell that Claire adores what she does. From the first moment you chat, she's cultivating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that almost demands you think good of yourself. (Actually, scratch "almost;" she literally has a "No negative self-talk" rule in the studio. 😂) Claire is extremely creative in her craft and excellent at directing you to exactly where she wants you to be. I loved getting to be a guinea pig for some new poses she had been thinking about! I do think I was zoning out a little bit by the end of two hours, but you can't tell it in the photos! 😂 Also, the PHOTOS. 🤩 The Reveal appointment was so much fun! I think a lot of folks may be skittish about the cost of professional photos - but bestie, it's WORTH IT. Do the darn thing; you won't regret it!! Overall, getting boudoir photos done with Claire is something I'm so happy I did. I'm so happy she was able to show me how beautiful I can be when I'm not being harsh on myself 🥹. We met Claire back in 2015 when she did a wedding and engagement session for a good friend of ours, and I’ve known since then we wanted to book her for a shoot! She did our engagement photos, and let me tell you.... We were absolutely blown away by our experience with her. She was always very responsive and made us feel very comfortable during our shoot.
