I would do I gave the he 3⭐️ vs 1 it won’t let you do no stars , but Kia and the other lady I did not get there number but they had a new system had not been updsted on the system we’re still very helpful informative but when it came to thing they did not know and reached out to their supervisor Keem or something like that he was not good at all with helping them. Eli the customer extremely long get back time or would have to leave and come back he made a 10 to 20 min situation a 2 hr long process I thinking with different management this store will do really good becoming a store but if this guy don’t learn to prioritize and assist he staff the store will fail just like the rest of the stores did as well but the staff were amazing and did not leave me in the gray but this supervisor tho smh 🤦🏽♀️ needs to be retrained or a position that he can better manage because this position is to much for him to balance

First off they don’t give refunds bad business because they have one small sign that no one would notice until they point it out. Second the prices are on the higher end and they never have the sizes that are needed. I’ve visited the store many times but this was my first time purchasing from them and it will be the last.

Ok well the gentleman that helped us was quiet bt very helpful. The store is great with alot of stylish clothes short and pants and maybe add a coat. In general I enjoyed shopping with there. O and the girl there behind the counter was helpful also.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this took the cake! I walked in wasn’t greeted, I was cool. I’m browsing nobody asks if I need help. The manager goes to the back grabs shoes for himself and tries them on. Again not once acknowledging me, but placing a croissant order. Oh and nobody is in the store besides me, the manager, an employee on the phone, and another guy taking the breakfast order! And I legit wanted to purchase 2 pair of shoes! ITS CHRISTMAS. Definitely will never visit this location again. Management needs to do better! Can’t expect too much from the employee cause he’s just following the lead!

Terrible experience! First of all me and father were not greeted upon arrival! Then we proceed to the hat section looking for a hat to place on my recently deceased brother's head for his funeral! We find the hat that we want to purchase and the price read $19.50. The Assistant Manager claims that the price on the cap is wrong and he can't honor the price. So I looked at all the caps and all of them had the same price tag on the individual hats. So I asked him to honor the price tag but he proceeds with an attitude and he will not be honoring the price tag. All we wanted to do was buy a nice cap to bury my brother in, we didn't need the attitude. I will not be visiting this store again, and for future reference if you have a price tag on any item, you are; as a Manager, supposed to honor that price for the customer who found it, and then change it before someone else does!
