No cashier at register for over 10 minutes. Based on the reviews it appears this is the norm. Cashier was not annoyed when finally the person behind me yelled out for service but she had previously seen me walking around the store for help and pretended to be a shopping customer. Come to find out she works there. Welppp this one may close like the first citi trends

Decent store, things were pretty organized, employees were ok. Well-stocked with merchandise.

First of all, I don't like to walk into a store & hear an announcement that everything is being recorded & monitored. Hire security if you have to but if this was a store that majority white people shopped in you wouldn't have any announcements when they walk through the door. Its humiliating & we get the point! What's worse is while you're shopping, a voice comes over the intercom and asks the employees are they safe smh lol This is not my idea of a wonderful shopping experience. They know that majority of their shoppers are African American & this is how they choose to treat people.

Everytime I come in this particular City Trends they cashier's are always nasty for no reason. Store manager needs to train their employees. Got the name of the nasty cashier a minute ago. Corporate or someone needs to do something about it!!

I felt racially profiled. The manger kept looking down in my buggy and at everything i had but never looked at the colored people that were there. She was very rude and even rolled her eyes at me. I felt out of place and not welcomed and probably will not be back!

Great clothes great customer service but shopping here is miserable because it's at all times so messy. But when you find what you need it's perfect and always a great price
