Staff are very professional and very kind! they have sized 2 watches for me and both were spectacular. I made a strange request to lengthen my watch long enough so it would be a double wrap, and with the stuff i brought them they made it work! absolutely love them and highly recommend.

Chandlee has been our family jeweler for many years. I brought my diamond ring in for Lisa to repair because my diamond seemed loose- my ring looks as great as it did when my husband gave to me 34 years ago! I also brought in a ring from family 1920, Irene helped me chose a beautiful Blue topaz stone to be put into the ring by their very capable hands. I know, have a true heirloom to pass down! The relationships that I have built with the owners, Bryan and Larry, as well as their staff has been a wonderful experience.

Cheerful greeting upon entering the store. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Jewelry appraisal done in the third of time expected. My jewelry was cleaned and polished and looked brand new when I picked it up. Very, very pleased with the service and I will be back. If I had the option to give more than five stars, I certainly would.

I’d like to leave a review for Chandlee Jewelers, I don’t do this often. But sometimes I feel that if you have a positive interaction with a person, a store or a company you should say so. I walked into Chandlee Jewelers to have a watch band put on my wife’s watch. Come to find out it wasn’t the right band. They could have charged me, they didn’t, I got the right band and went back to Chandlee. They put it on, they could have charged me, they didn’t. I’ve since gone back to have a battery put in a watch. I recently dropped off a necklace that needed repair, it was an intricate job and they handled it. So this is the jeweler of choice for my wife and I and I urge to go check their store, you’ll meet some great people and the selection of watches they have is incredible. Of course they have a full range of jewelry, but I’m a watch guy and this store is like Disneyland.

With 15 minutes before closing on a Friday evening I walked in to Chandlee’s to leave a watch for battery replacement. Their agent said she could do it right then if I wanted to wait. Talk about customer service, that’s what I’m talking’ about! We are new to this community and now we have our new permanent jeweler! Thanks staff.

I’ve been into this jeweler a few times to look for fun, and have also gotten a couple of quotes for different pieces of jewelry I would like to design. The first 2 times, I was greeted by extremely friendly people, and my experiences were so good that I highly considered this place to design my engagement ring. My boyfriend and I went here again recently, and we were greeted by I assume, the owner. At times while talking to her, she seemed somewhat friendly, but overall I felt judged and almost belittled. When she asked if my diamond was mined or lab, I said lab and she responded in a quite snarky way. Now I know every price is different for every jeweler, but I just wanted a very simple solitaire pinky ring designed with the 1 carat diamond I have, with no extra diamonds. She told me the price of gold is very expensive right now and then proceeded to quote me $2,000. My boyfriend and I left because $2,000 for a tiny pinky is quite outrageous. We then headed over to Spencer’s Jewelers. We were greeted with smiles by the entire staff, and were helped there by the owner. He was extremely kind, helpful, and made the experience perfect! Better yet, we got a quote of $600 for an entire 14k yellow gold setting, or $725 if we decide to do a two-tone setting. To whoever reads this review, I highly recommend Spencer’s Jeweler’s. Much better experience and you won’t get charged an arm and a leg for a very simple piece of jewelry!

Why have I not visited this store before now!?! The salespeople are knowledgeable and friendly. Truly experts in the jewelry business. The showroom is full of beautiful items. Made it hard to decide what to buy. My new store for jewelry!

I went in here the first time to get my engagement ring resized. My now husband was given two gorgeous rings by his mother which his dad had proposed to her with years ago so she passed them to my husband. The rings were way too big for my fingers so I took them to get resized. They gave me a little sheet with the value of the ring and when I could pick it up. It took about 2 weeks the first time because there was other jewelry getting repaired at the time but I waited excitedly and they sent me a text when it was ready. It cost around $100 to get each ring resized so it wasn't pricey at all!! They made the rings look absolutely gorgeous like they had just been purchased. When I went to pick up the second ring from being repaired one of the employees cleaned up the first ring I took for free!! All the employees that work there are extremely friendly and make me feel very welcome each time i go. I went back another time to sell them some gold jewelry as well and got a good amount from it. I will definitely be going back to get more jewelry repaired and hopefully buy our wedding bands here!!
