I had a completely shattered iPhone 11 that I couldn't use because there was dirt or water underneath the screen. I brought it in, and for a very reasonable price and a short amount of time, they made it good as new! I'd definitely recommend going to them because my experience was great there. The staff was friendly I went to them for a charging port issue and the tech said that he could replace it. I left my phone there and came back to pick it up within 30 minutes (as he suggested) I was convinced that he actually replaced the charging port with a new one because my phone was charging, but it only charged with his charger. I went back he said he'd replace it again but told me that it was dust in my charging port that's why it wasn't charging. I went to another phone repair shop and they changed the charging port and it was working like new. My only complaint is that I couldn't get a refund. Overall the tech was nice & patient.

Waste of Money. I paid for a cracked screen repair. 2 days later the screen developed a crack without being dropped or even used much. I called to see what they could do and told them it crack. They said bring it by and leave it and the warranty would cover it. I called twice to confirm that if I bring the phone at opening, I could get it back the next day. My wife took off work, got to the store at 10AM, they said it would be 3:00 PM until they would know about the warranty. (not what they said on the phone) So we waited all day until 3:00. Guess what, the warranty wouldn't pay and neither would the owner. I could buy another screen and pay another fee. The owner should have made this right, but customer service doesn't mean anything to them. I wasted money and time. The guy clearly doesn't care about his work or his customers, and his word means nothing. Use the company at your own risks.

Went there today. Price was more than fair and my phone was fixed in 30 minutes. Battery replaced. Running good as new. Very nice man working behind the counter. I highly recommend this company for repair.

Three months ago I was jogging with my Galaxy S3 on the side of my hip.After I was done running I pulled my phone from my pocket an realized it was wet.I tried calling my wife an there was no sound coming from my phone.The next day I brought my phone to CELL PHONE REPAIRS AND MORE.i thought It was going too take for ever or i was going to have to come back the next day. Thank GOD it didn't. Mrs. Ciciely took ten minutes. That was the months ago. haven't had a problem since. I recommend an tell everyone I know about this repair shop. This cellphone repair shop has great customer service but is a very horrible business! Technician fixed my IPhone6 screen, and later messed up the phones motherboard. I still chose to go back and buy a different phone from them, and within a week that phone wasn't working!
