A joke! Not an easy process to secure a car online. You upload the insurance doc that’s required and continue to get told it’s not right from the “auto review”. You spend an hour and a half going back and forth with someone talking to get passive aggressive responses about you should read your emails and follow directions. I uploaded the same doc 20 times and the auto system denied. As soon as I could provide it to someone with carvana that would actually look there was nothing wrong with it. Then they bait and switch you, you pay for a car, pay insurance because you have to have it and provide proof for them to deliver and then they punt your delivery date a week away. My delivery was 2-5 and you text me at 345 there’s a delay. Thanks for the heads up! Are they going to reimburse for the work I missed waiting? No! Are they going to reimburse for the insurance I’m paying on a car they have possession of still? No! Are they going to make good on anything due to their negligence? No! You get on a chat with someone from carvana and they give you multiple apologies but say over and over there’s nothing they can do for you and no one you can talk to above them but have no problem reminding you to sign your updated contract with the new delivery date if you want the car to come next week now. After this frustration and talking to friends sounds like this is normal practice: I have a friend who ended up cancelling her purchase after they rescheduled her delivery 3 weeks in a row! They rob you and leave you with your hands tied behind your back. Crook company!

You guys really need to get a handle on silver rock. What is the point of sending cars to shops if you're not going to believe the shops when they tell you what's wrong and if you aren't going to cover the issues when the certified mechanics find and diagnose the problems 😂 silver rock is a joke and all the cars we see are ansolute garbage.

The used cars are way overpriced. I can get a brand new car for the price of their used cars. Must be a very greedy company. I'll never buy a car here.
