I went to the Athens location, and the cartridge I needed was not there when it was supposed to be. However, the owner got on the phone while I was waiting and had the Winder store drive the cartridge I needed all the way to Athens. I was very impressed they were willing to do that for me for a $50 cartridge. Excellent service!

I cannot believe how the employees of this store treat their customers. Their attitude is "we don't have to give good service because we have cheaper ink than any place else, so screw you." The guy actually told me "you could go somewhere else". This was my second visit to this store. They had raised the price for a refill since my first visit, but I agreed to do the refill at the new price. Then I had to come back in an hour to pick it up and they charged me a dollar more that what they had quoted me an hour before. No apology, just "he told you wrong". Then I get home and the cartridge will not print. Called them up and they offered another refill or a refund. So now I'm going back a third time for my refund, still have no ink, they offered no kind of apology whatsoever for all their rudeness and all my wasted time. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Had to go back because the cartridges they gave me wouldn't work. Clerk was nice and traded them without question or receipt. I get home and the black is almost empty
