I went to return gift items and get a store credit. Told the girl 3 times put return on gift card. She was rude and told me to sign on the line. I said it’s going on a gift card correct? Didn’t give me a gift card and kept the clothes from the return. She also refused to give me a return receipt. (They stole ) money technically and will be calling the BBB. Unprofessional Unfriendly and stole from the customer. Hannah was her name beyond rude and manager refused to help.

I usually love shopping at Carter's but now they have combined the store with Oshkosh and it's terrible. The set up is horrible and they still run their sales like 2 separate stores. So you have to pay close attention to which item you pick up to know your getting the sale price. The signs are very misleading as well. It's just a mess. I Will be shopping online in the future and only going in the store as a last minute option.

I came to this carters with intention of purchasing at least $150 worth of clothing. When I got to the store 2 employees greeted me and repeatedly asked me what I was looking for. I told them I’m just looking because I wanted to browse my options. They would not stop asking what I was looking for. They followed me around the store as if I was going to steal something. I took my money elsewhere and I will never buy another thing from carters again.

Wait was really long and they were unable to use my $10 rewards a little disappointed all I was trying to buy was a hat for my son and it took over 45 minutes just to get that one item hopefully if I return again it will be better wait time and more organized
