She kindly offered to order and ship the items directly to my house, making the process easy and convenient for me. I went to this location for my daughter's first pair of tennis shoes, I picked up a pair of 60% off shoes not knowing that I did and got surprised when at the register and paying less than $10 for both pairs of shoes. This is and was amazing experience for both me and my daughter and then we got to get a handful of things more for her or being able to save from the shoes.

Good selection. Maybe I hit a bad day, but the cashiers didn’t do well. Complications on the orders in front of me slowed down the line and then when it was my turn the lady said this sweater is BOGO so you should grab another. I did and it brought up my total... so I had her remove it. Maybe it was just training day? Anyway, I’d go here again, but make sure you know the deals and are ready for a line.

I’m extremely upset and will never shop at Carter’s again. I ordered multiple items online spent a little over 40 dollars. Two of the items didn’t workout. I used a gift card that had $7 on it the rest was on my credit card. I went into to return the two items and they would only do store credit because I used a gift card (even though I spent way more than the gift card). I explained the gift card was less than the items I’m returning and I’d like the money to go back on my card. They refused, store credit only. I said ok well the gift card was only $7, so do store credit for that and put the rest back on my credit card. They refused. Store credit only. It felt like a scam...

This is one of those stores where I let my wife do her thing. Coupons, signing up for god knows what, and always walking out of this store with an entire season of quality clothing for the little one, for less than what I buy my running shoes for. If your household shops somewhere else for kids clothing then hopefully you're getting a great deal. If not, you need to do more than reconsider shopping at Carter's. GO THERE and try it out.

Little smaller than used to. Clean and nearly organized. Left side for girls and right side for boys. Not very crowded when we went in. Very friendly staff and decent amount of collections. Some on sale items were really at a great discount.

This location always has helpful staff and a great selection of cute clothes. The only real downside is pricing as Carter's even with Black Friday Sales are typically much more expensive than most other brands that are just as nice.
