Just walked out of here me and my sister and the cashier's were extremely nice and helpful! This is the type of service that ALL stores need! They welcomed us and helped us around the store. They even looked up an item my sister wanted so bad but unfortunately it was out of stock. They really made us felt good about shopping here! Alyssa and Megan you guys were awesome ladies! As I entered the store nobody greeted or ask if there was anything they could help me with. Girl behind counter was too busy eating. Glad I live closer to Commerce which is where I usually go but was checking to see if this store had something they were out of at the Commerce to before I ordered online. Seriously work ethic has gone out the window!

WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE My wife went to return an outfit that was a gift and too small for our 8-month-old. They could not have been ruder and less of a help. They acted like I was such an inconvenience to them because they had to actually do something instead of sitting on their phones. Instead of letting us swap out an outfit for a larger size, they only offered $4 off. WHAT A JOKE. We will NEVER go back to Carters and I strongly suggest you do the same.

I love this store for my little one, they have the best clothes and shoes, a little pricey at times but they honor a lot of coupons and give discounts and buy 1 get another great pair of shoes for free. Great quality so your not losing!

This is my go to for good deals, but today the customer service was pretty bad. The two managers this morning we're rude and ignoring customers and other staff. I called back to ask when my refund would post and Anna acted inconvenienced to find an answer to my question. Wow.
