I've just lost $15 on my clothes. I've called the numbers they have available but no answer. My wash cycle stopped in mid wash. I was unable to take my clothes out . I had to wait until timer went down. My clothes were soaked. My other washers didn't even fill with water. I had to switch washers. This is such an inconvenience. No answer and no refund 😕 THIS IS A HUGE RIP OFF! YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF COME TO THIS LAUNDRY PLACE

I love coin wash houses, Carol's is great. Safe, quiet, easy to get to. Better than those card places. Been going there a while now, still don't know the wifi password ? Is it posted? I haven't seen it.

Such a great place in a convenient location. Open til 10pm. Clean and organized and looks like all machines were functional. Had a wonderful experience.

Convenient hours. Cheapest place in town to get all your laundry washed and dried. Different sized washers for all your laundry needs. Lots of dryers. Drink machine and snack machine inside. Every time I have been, it's never been very crowded... No more than 2 or 3 people other than myself.

If you have any issues with the machines at this laundromat don't expect to have your issue addressed. Second time I visited this laundromat I was putting quarters in one of the washing machines (the machine required 14 quarters for 1 load) and I noticed the that the number of coins had stopped counting down at 11. I had put 10 quarters in so the number should be at 4. I hit the return coin button and nothing happened. I called the "managers number" and the first time it rang through til I got voicemail but the mailbox was full so I called again this time after 2 rings I was sent to the full voicemail, (this told me that the manager saw the call and ignored it) so I tried 1 last time and again was sent to voicemail and again I was unable to leave a message. My biggest issue is no one ever tried to call me back about my issue. If you aren't concerned about money or customer service then this place is the place to go!

It would be a lot better if they fix the dryer machines! Its always just my luck that I have to double dry my clothes because one of the dryers didnt fully dry my clothes! Not such a safe area either!

Not a bad place to do your laundry. It is a nice clean facility, the machines work most the time, they have some nice jams playing. They've got some snack machines, a change machine, a laundry product vending machine and parking. I would have to say this is the best laundromat I've personally found here in Athens yet.

Our washing machine's spin cycle stopped working on Thursday, so we came here to do a load of laundry because the appliance repair person isn't scheduled to show up until Monday. First, the laundromat was dirty. Second, after paying $4.50 to do a load of laundry and the machine's spin cycle DID NOT WORK just like ours at home. So frustrating. Didn't bother trying to figure out how to get our money back. We took our sopping wet clothes and left to go over to a friend's house instead. What a waste of time and money.
