Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I was interrogated, like as if he was the Gustopo! He seem to not believe me or even believe I was who I was. Kept asking if that was the right spelling of my name. He was condescending and seemed suspicious of me. I have never been to a pain center in my life! It was very difficult for me to even go because I don't like to admit I have a lot of pain. My doctor sent the consult and I agreed to go. I had to leave in the middle of his interrogation of me, he got me so upset! I asked for my $150 Co-pay back and let the office staff know that I did not want my insurance billed. When I left the office, I had a few people, some staff and a patient say that they totally agreed with me . They said that doctor has a very rotten attitude. Very prideful. I felt violated! My blood pressure went sky high. I would rather stay in pain, then deal with him, ever again!

Dr Pulido has been my Pain Care doctor for several years. My experience with him has always been so amazing that I pretty much refuse to see any other doctor at the office. Dr Pulido always listens and has excellent bedside manners and is patient with me. He has always been fully invested in my care and what’s going on with me. I trust him fully! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone as he has been an excellent Pain care provider.

I have been to many pain clinics, pain doctors, neurologist etc. What I like about this clinic and especially Dr Pulido is when I have a complaint or something new is going on I never hear well that goes with the territory, that's normal, it's to be expected, like I have from other doctors. Each visit, every visit that I have ever had whatever my complaint was they always seemed willing to see if they can make it less of a burden on me. We have tried a few things and most of them have been successful. I can say without a doubt that this doctor has done more for me in the two and a half years I've been seeing him, than my last doctor that I saw for over 20 years did for me. The things that I have wrong with me I have pain everyday of my life but they have worked very hard with me to lessen the pain and in some cases completely have done away with it. I feel that their practice is up to date with their methods. If you're in pain I advise you that this clinic could be so beneficial for you. And I wouldn't send you to this place if it wasn't really true.

They prepare their patients for the latest Covid procedures. For the last 9 to 12 months my wife and I have not had to call and ask for the latest injections as they call us to let us know what is available and to schedule our injections. Pain care has been assisting me with my pain medication needs for a number of years

I love the doctors here and feel like they treat me like a person and not a number or a opportunity to just make a $. I feel like they ask detailed questions and want to know exactly how I feel and work hard to try and mitigate my pain. The office staff also communicates well and is willing to work with you.
