I got my original CPAP machine from her some years ago and so, when one of the part wore out, I returned to get a replacement. Arriving, the two people working were doing something on the computer, they barely acknowledged me before curtly asking if I had and appointment. Which I did not and they vaguely told me to go wait and someone would get to me. About ten minutes later, they sorted out whatever they were doing. No, sorry for the wait, just, eventually, do you have an account with us. I explained the situation, gave them the part that needed to be replaced and waited. They could only replace the whole assembly (at $85) or I could sign up using my insurance for scheduled replacement which would have me buried under goods I did not need which racking up fees. No offer to order in just the part I need, essentially, if I was not going to be a cash cow for their insurance billing, I was not worth helping. Very misnamed operation.

This company realizes good customer service pays. Every CSR I have spoke with has been kind, knowledge and through. The delivery/drivers are great as well. Primary Care Doctor faxed an order for a light weight wheelchair.for my step-dad. The salesperson showed us a wheelchair that was lightweight and told us that it takes a long time for insurance to process a claim for it so, my elderly mother decided to purchase it outright. Once we started using it at home we could barely push it on carpet, go over thresholds, etc. Also, no hand breaks made it scary going down ramps. I called the Care Medical for my mother and asked what the return policy is and explained our experience with the wheelchair. The lady on the phone told me we could return it if we’re weren’t happy with it. When we returned it to Care Medical the lady at the counter looked up our account and said “oh no, you bought it you can’t return it”. She admitted that what we were sold was a transportation chair that is only good on hard floors and usually used for short transport like in an airport. There is a sign at the register that states all sales final but, we were not sold a wheelchair but a transport chair. They would not exchange it or refund it even though they sold us the wrong type of chair. My mom was out 200 dollars. This place has terrible customer service and won’t correct their mistake. Will never use them. Be careful when purchasing from them. Go through insurance because we were also told by the lady that Medicare would not have paid for it because they don’t pay for transportation chairs then we would have known the guy was not selling us the correct chair.

My experience with picking up my mom’s support device was awesome. The lady at the front desk was a true sweetheart!! She made sure it was the device I wanted for my mom, demonstrated proper use and folding and that I was good and understood how it worked. Thank you again for your extra effort and concern.

I had a little trouble getting all the paperwork together from the Dr that they needed for the insurance to be filled. But once I turned in the last one they needed. The truck delivered my sister's bed, rollater Walker, and her bed side commode. I'm happy with the service I was provided. Thanks Jessica.

Care Medical took care of everything! Knew their stuff! Took care of insurance, handled any changes thrown their way and still delivered the goods. Delivered needed items to hospital and rest of equipment to house. Even after hours! Very happy to have them handle all the paperwork etc., took the load off me and made getting set up a breeze!
