Service time was a quick turn around, even getting the right part to arrive the next morning. They even sent a ride to pick up my fiancee from her work when the car was ready... Brought my wife's Beetle in to complete a job that a backyard mechanic friend wasn't able to finish. They completed it for me really quick with almost no notice. Really appreciated the timely service. Couple days later my daughter brought in her Mini Cooper to have the suspension looked at after the dealer told her she needed $2,200 worth of work. Turns out everything's fine! I also noticed that while I waited for the Beetle that every other customer that was in there at the time was a woman. Women being comfortable with the service at an automotive place and when they're willing to tell you that you don't need any work done are signs of good shop! We'll be back with both of these cars in the future.

They were amazing and very kind! They offered to do a free courtesy test to see what was wrong with my car and if it was a simple fix instead of charging for a full inspection. The fix was simple and they fixed it up quickly free of charge! Great people!!

I received a $47 oil change coupon in the mail. I made an appointment for my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and got the oil changed. It took only a few minutes and Car Doctors honored their coupon. They asked to rotate my tires for an additional $39. I get that done for free at my dealership (except that the price of the dealer's oil change and free rotation equals the costs of Car Doctors oil change and tire rotation). While I waited, I drank some of their free delicious Jittery Joe's coffee. The appointment was quick and easy. I definitely recommend Car Doctors for an oil change. While there I asked for an estimate for my upcoming 60,000 mile service. They sent me a link with their cost, which I will compare with my dealer's price. The winner gets my car's next big service!!
