I recently had my iPhone 15 Plus LCD repaired at this store, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and completed the repair much faster than I expected. The screen looks and works like new—crystal clear display and perfect touch sensitivity. I recently brought in my Moto G 5G 2024 because it got moisture damage turns a wire and the charging system along with the screen needed to be fixed. The timing and price was convenient for my current situation but after 2 days my phone did everything but charge(I charged it almost 2 times before it quit completely). When I reached out to the shop about this I was recommended to use the new C-Type Iphone cord but not even that worked(I used multiple charging cords and boxes but no better luck) They completely forgot my case that came with the phone and seemed to not acknowledge the obvious issue(They recommended a motherboard charge for more money) I asked for a charger to help the situation but got nothing now i'm going to have to get a new phone(I have insurance) or go to ANOTHER repair shop that will provide honest quality work with ACCOUNTABILITY. I recommend ANY place but this place to get your tech repaired(especially it's mandatory for you to have it) There's probably a good reason why you don't see ANYONE in the shop but it's ALWAYS OPEN. (Please take these low reviews seriously)

Extremely Disappointed. Context: I needed my iPad mini screen repaired. I needed it by Friday morning. I made it extremely clear before any of this that I would need to pick it up Thursday night/early Friday. Wednesday I went to drop it off; the guy who was supposed to open the store never even open and sends my call to voicemail. His phone number was on the door. So I call the phone number on the big sign. Apparently, that is the owner. He tries getting a hold of the guy who was supposed to open. I guess he never answered. He said he was going to drive from Atlanta to open the store to get my iPad. I told him it’s no big deal. I can just drop it first thing Thursday morning (today). I didn’t realize that they opened at 10 so I dropped it off right at noon and was told I would get a phone call once it was diagnosed in the price in that I would pay upon pick up. 3pm came by, so I called the phone number that I had been communicating with to get an update. They hadn’t even started it because apparently I was supposed to pay the diagnostic fee before they do anything.. OK fine but before I do, I ask, do you even have a screen for my iPad to have it fixed by tonight because I need it Friday morning. After beating around a bush that’s when they told me no they don’t after I made it very clear to them that I needed to pick it up Thursday night.. So overall, it was a terrible experience, lacking communication. Very little professionalism. I definitely will not be going back to them. Plus on top of all of that, the store was a disaster and trashed. Very disorganized and dirty.

I’ve been hunting for a good phone repair shop in Athens for months, but no luck. This place used to always be closed. Finally saw someone new working there, so I decided to give it a shot. Took my iPhone 11 in, and he had it fixed in 30 minutes. So far, so good—let’s see how it holds up!

I have never written a bad google review. But this experience must be shared to help others. I took my computer in for a screen replacement. The man was very kind at first. He said it would be done in 7 days. This was not true at all. It took 2 months of calling every few days and being met with endless excuses to finally get my computer back. When the computer was returned, the screen worked for a few days and then returned to the exact same way it was before. I did not do anything to damage the new screen, and it started glitching in the exact same way C&CR claimed to have fixed. They refused refund and told me I must have done something to damage it, which I surely did not. (And it has the EXACT same glitch prior to them “fixing” it) Now I am out $500 and a MacBook. I only hope to deter others from wasting money and time.

This place is great! They fixed my phone 11pro max screen within 30 minutes (looks great) and even offered to give me a free screen saver the next day because they didn’t have one in stock that day. When I came back the man gave me a new screen protector and even ordered me a brand new nice otter box case and gave them both to me for free. This place takes care of their customers! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Fair prices as well.
