Dr. Norris is knowledgeable and has very good bedside manner. He's been very upbeat for each of my visits and has given all available options for potential treatments without pressuring me into one or another. He allowed me to make an informed decision that was best for me without trying to "sell me" on the most common or expensive procedures.

I have been a patient of Dr. Norris for some years now. I am a senior citizen and wanted to let anyone know if you are looking for "the best" ENT doctor that will give you his 100% that would be Dr. Norris. He has a perfect nurse that also gives 100% of her time. Her name is Rachael. I love St. Mary's hospital in Athens and he does surgeries, that require a hospital, in St. Mary's. He treats you like gold and has that respect that makes you feel like this doctor really cares. And he does.
