I was very disappointed in my experience with bulldog technology center. I brought in my computer a couple weeks ago because it was having trouble turning on. The best they could do was wipe my computer, and between the diagnostic and the wipe they charged me $200. I do not know much about computers and was unsure of what that meant. So I asked would I lose anything on my computer and they told me no. When I got my computer back, all of my software was gone, and the problem still persisted. I understand that misunderstandings happen, but when I called to say my computer still had a problem and all of my software was gone the person that worked on my computer was very defensive and rude. The only nice thing I can say about this place is they gave me a full refund after I called and complained. Overall it was more work for me to take it to this shop and undo the damage they did than fix it on my own. And yes, I was able to get the computer working myself with the help of Google.

Broke the scissor switch under one of my keys under my MacBook and lied about it and tried to hide it. Probably because it was done by someone who wasn't actually the store's technician but tried to do it anyways. Did offer to fix it for free, but it will be inconvenient to do it (can't get it fixed for almost 2 weeks because of break) and they definitely tried to hide it, which is terrible service.

SUPER helpful. Got hacked and IT Tech Mr. J-1st went above and beyond to clean and restore my data from 3T external hard drive. Everyone super nice. WAAAAAAAY better than SimplyMAC. Avoid THAT place like the plague...and I'm NOT kidding.

They sold me a year old computer and when it had hard drive malfunction they charged me a $75 service charge to tell me what I already knew and didn't fix it! They're a scam overpriced and not worth going into.

I actually found it... and in searching, I found me.
