My experience with Bulldog KIA exceeded any and all expectations. I was anxious walking into the dealership, but Joshua put my worries to ease right away. From test drive to signing the contract took right at 3 hours so I was not there all day like I’ve been at other dealerships. Fast forward to a week and half. A foot long crack spread across my windshield and in a panic, I took my new KIA Soul back to Bulldog. Fifteen minutes later, a new windshield was ordered and installed by end of that week. I cannot say how pleased this experience was and I’ll recommend Bulldog KIA to everyone who’s looking for a new ride. Thank all of you!!

We cannot say enough nice things about EVERYONE at Bulldog Kia of Athens! Between the sweet interactions they had with my kids as we were in the process of buying a car to all the accommodations they have! Extremely pleased with my buying experience at Bulldog Kia! Joshua Bell was a fantastic salesman from start to finish. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful while keeping great contact and answering any questions I had. He made the purchase extra special for my teenage daughter who was getting this car coming off an accident and went the extra mile to make sure she was surprised. Patrick, also in the sales department, was very kind and helpful as well. I had previously used Kia for service with great results and will now also gladly buy another car here one day! I had a fabulous experience with the purchase of my 2026 Kia Sportage at Bulldogs Kia. They were very responsive to my questions and they were very transparent with the pricing of my new SUV. Kia dealerships get A LOT of flak for being terrible and very inconsistent when dealing with issues. I've only had three Kia dealerships service my car since purchasing it in 2021 (moved to NC) and this is by far the best experience. Nearly all the time, they are very detailed and operate quickly and efficiently, leaving your car better than when you sent it in. They have fair pricing and honest service managers/technicians who don't beat around the bush. They also don't haggle with you to buy a new car every time you come in! This dealership clearly takes its employee standards seriously. Would recommend it to anyone.
