This flower shop charged me 110$ for this arrangement but it doesn’t even look professional and definitely not worth 110$ this is a scam . Clearly they don’t know anything about flowers and I could definitely do a better job . I tried communicating with them that I was not happy with the arrangement but they wouldn’t even pick up the phone nor my messages they are so unprofessional. I was never notified if it even got delivered this is so disappointing and their service is horrible. Please don’t order from them because you’ll be disappointed.

Arrangement was large and made of very pretty colors, but the flowers were in poor shape. Many were wilted. They left the Goodwill price tag on the bottom of the vase. Seemed pretty tacky. Two stars rather than 1 because the chocolate covered strawberries were amazing!!

Ordered online from FTD for an anniversary gift… It was nowhere close to what the order was, and for the amount I spent, it’s about as cheap as you could get. Even the vase (which wasn’t even supposed to have) was cheap… and when I chatted with the person in charge… “not our problem. We make them as close as we can”.

I ordered an arrangement over the phone to be delivered to be delivered to my sister, who is local to Athens. The flowers arrived with several of the flowers wilted, and the card did not even have the correct names on it, even though the correct names were read back to me on the phone. I messaged the owner several days ago, and still have yet to get a response. Highly disappointed.

Email was sent saying they were delivered and they were not. Texting seemed to be a reliable way to get a hold of them. Customer service was subpar, but now that I look at these reviews I’m glad the flowers were at least in good condition. I’ll go somewhere else in the future though.

Ordered an arrangement for a special friend's father's funeral. The arrangement was nothing like I ordered. I always order this arrangement and my florist was closed due to it being after lunch on Saturday. This florist guaranteed same day delivery and if flowers were not sufficient they would reimburse either half of full price of flowers. I paid with delivery almost 200.00 for this arrangement. It was a small glob of flowers and it was round. The sparse was supposed to be oval and flowers spread out. I was so embarrassed and disappointed. I never leave reviews and complain. But they just didn't care and said they would give me 20% off my next order. Well if the flowers I ordered were not what I ordered why would I risk ordering from them again? I will never spend that much money and trust this business again. I am a widow and just can't afford it.

My mother-in-law sent me flowers, which were fresh and beautiful, however they were not what she ordered. The bouquet sent was smaller ( she ordered XL) and did not have the roses as she requested - just sunflowers rag weed, thistle & zinnas.

I've had an arrangement from this florist for 7 days, I took some of the faded things out to consolidate and I really can't get over how beautiful this rose is. It looks as good as the day I got it. Haven't seen roses at the grocery store with this petal pattern before!
