Superior customer service you’ll find here. I purchased some tires for my BMW motorcycle recently. The supply chain has been a mess lately and finding tires in stock and to fit was difficult. Found some tires but they had to come from different warehouses on opposite corners of the country. Mac the gentleman who takes care of that called me four or five times to let me know he was keeping an eye out for my tires, tracking them down and finally when they arrived did a great job of mounting them up. Great group of folks with a BMW wealth of knowledge and friendly service.

Great shop. Friendly and experienced. Was actually referred over to them by a dealer. Lots of cool bikes being worked on in there.

My Suzuki Boulevard 2009 M50 needed some maintenance including replacement of a dead battery. I just recently had knee replacement surgery. No riding bikes for awhile. I wanted to get the bike ready for my grandson who is coming of age. Zak and Chris were very helpful getting the bike into the shop, repaired and back home. Zak did a great job diagnosing what was wrong and fixing it. The people at the shop are very informative and helpful.

Nathan is very knowledgeable and a funny guy to chat with. He’s very helpful in terms on helping you narrow down what you are looking for or any modification you’d like to make to your machine! The shop is beautiful and definitely worth visiting. Definitely recommend boxerworks for anything classic bmw motorcycles. If you find a barn find of a BMW R50, Nathan’s the guy to bring it to!

when i started bringing my bike here everything took longer than with my mechanic who worked out of a barn at one point he told me that parts ordering was outside of his control and that’s what caused the delays in my repairs

It’s never fun breaking down on a long trip, but something good can come from the experience. My old GS suffered a driveline failure and Boxerworks took me in immediately, supplied a lift, access to all tools and parts needed to do the repair work, and most importantly provided the expertise to guide our amateur efforts to a successful completion. The experience became a pleasant opportunity to meet good folks – Nathan, Lee, and James - and to gain appreciation for independent service shops. I don’t live in Georgia but highly recommend Boxerworks as the place for quality service and advice.

These professionals are truly awesome BMW technicians with a passion for what they do. Very through consultative in helping client make repair and improvement decisions. I trailered my bike 2.5 hrs to Atlanta just to be turned. Then as that shop informed me they don't work on bikes over ten years only (mine 2001) and should just get rid of it as is! Then they just happened to mention Boxerworks as if a very long shot. In fact BW embraced my situation and said how soon can you get it here? I was another 1.5 hrs away but went there directly where they took it right in. They have become very busy and great reputation growing by the minute so now requires an appointment to reserve your spot on the bench. Once they start they "git er done" Thank you Boxerworks the entire team are terrific!

Boxerworks has not worked on my motorcycle, primarily because I have a Kawasaki and that is a make they don't service. However, I would like to commend them for helping me out in a tough situation. My motorcycle stalled out in the middle of the county. It was getting late on a Friday afternoon and I knew I had to get the motorcycle off the street and home. In desperation, I called Boxerworks to ask if they would send someone to help me get the bike home. Nathan tried to diagnose the problem over the phone but to no avail. Although, they were extremely busy at the time and they knew there was no way I was going to have the bike serviced by them since it was a Kawasaki, still, they sent a person (Garrett) to pick me and the bike up and deliver us home. This is something they definitely did not have to do. To top it off, after loading and dropping the bike and me off, Garrett didn't want to charge me. I insisted and he reluctantly accepted. Super nice guy. Point is, there was little to be gained by the shop by helping me out. But Nathan and Garrett did. Reading the other reviews about this business, I believe they are honest, knowledgeable, and good people. If I had a BMW, I would have no reservation taking it to them for service.

Nathan is the best technical expert on BMW air heads that I have ever met. My BMW R80 is 38 years old and has been serviced by Boxerworks for decades. The detailed work on your situation is outstanding and you are provided with information on the repair or upgrade regularly. Pricing is always fair and transparent. Every improvement idea or service that Nathan has recommended has been excellent. These folks work 6 days a week moving the bikes through their quality process. I would never consider taking my BMW anywhere else and clearly they stay super busy for a reason.
