Coming in and out of this place is a nightmare! BUT they have a good selection of everything! There's been VERY few times if ANY that I've come here and they didn't have what I wanted. Be aware that if you utilize their drive up window your minimum order has to be $5 or else they'll charge you a little extra but it's worth it. Staff are always pretty friendly.

This liquor store is run by the best people in town! The store is always stocked and their beer is ice cold straight from the walk-in coolers. Conveniently located off the bypass and they have a drive-thru window!

5 stars, but i wont be going back. I was accused of taking the keys to the Ice machine. If anyone knows me, knows thats not my character. So its a nice place, but ask them to get the ice for you is my suggestion for anyone thats reading this and planning on shopping there.

First of all, I would like to address two previous reviews. 1. If you haven't been to a business, why put in a review? Let alone dragging them down with 2 Stars, and saying the reason for that was because you haven't even been there? Lots of folks just look at the stars and don't read the rest. Unfair. 2. Another is....why put them down by saying the place is too small, when you can see it's small from the outside? Plenty of larger package stores in Athens. And AJ will order anything for you. MY REVIEW: I passed it many times before I finally stopped in. It's right on my way to and from work. Yes, it's a small place, but that's what makes them friendly and focus all their attention on you. It also borders several neighborhoods...very convenient. I am served by AJ pretty much every time. He works a lot of hours, but he's always terrific. So, my first time there... and am looking for an imported English vodka, cherry flavor. They didn't have it. But he immediately offered to order it... not knowing if I would even show up again, or buy more than one bottle. I didn't have to give him any money up front. They do things the old-fashioned way, talking to people face-to-face eye-to-eye, trusting me, he ordered it. Because you have to order things by the case, 12 bottles.... it could have cost them a fair bit of money over nothing. I gave him my name and number, and he called me when it came in, which wasn't too long by the way. My next nice surprise was the fact that it was about $5 less than I usually pay. I bought two bottles immediately, and more. I think I'm about halfway through the case. I made up this terrific drink, at least everyone I have made it for likes it. I need to post the recipe. One of my other favorites, Bailey's, is also cheaper there. This is now my favorite go-to package store. It's much more convenient than going up to Atlanta Highway.
