Boost Mobile is selling COUNTERFIET Apple products!! I bought my first iphone from Boost on Feb. 27th. I have been a customer since I moved to this area 4 years ago. When I wanted some ear buds, the young man, Mike, working at the store asked me if I wanted the AirPods. He told me that he'd won a pair from the store and loved them. He gave me a pair out of the display. (My mistake for not asking for an unopened box.) I took the AirPods home, but could never get them to charge right. Thinking it was me, because I'm not very high tech, I waited and had a couple of people look at them to see if I was doing something wrong. I returned to the store on Mar 17th, and asked Mike to look at the AirPods, and he told me the battery was bad. Since I waited longer than 7 days to return them, Mike told me I would have to take them to an Apple store. Today, I took the AirPods to Simply Mac in Athens, and they told me that these were a counterfeit product and that I needed to take them back to BOOST Mobile. I returned to Boost Mobile, and Mike was working, so I told him what Simply Mac had told me, and Mike told me he couldn't help me because I had waited too long to return them. THESE ARE A COUNTERFEIT APPLE PRODUCT. I told him that he sold them to me and they are fake. Mike then told me that he never specifically told me they were an Apple product. OK, so this guy led me to believe I was buying an APPLE product that wasn't? I am attaching pictures of the product so you can see for yourself. I know I am Grandma age, and this young man took advantage of me because of my lack of high-tech skills. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card. Also, after I got home, I called and asked Mike for the name of the manager. He told me he could only give me her first name and that it was Erica. I asked him if I could speak to her and Mike told me she was not in. I asked when she would be in, and Mike did not know. I said, "You work at the store and don't know when your manager will be in?" Mike said he ran the store day to day, so she wasn't there very often and I could call back later. Thank goodness, it appears I have an unlocked phone, so I will be changing providers as soon as all this is settled. I can't believe Boost is willing to lose customers over a pair of ear buds. Oh, and yes, I have called Boost, gone through the automated system, and finally talked to someone in India (I think) who was difficult to understand to file a complaint.

I phoned this location very recently about a issue with my service price point. Joe,customer service agent, took time to assess my charges and was able to get me a refund and a bill reduction moving forward, with no loss of service/data. Don't stand behind their product. Had to get a new phone since iPhone kept showing no Service. They blamed the network when it's been reported to be an iPhone issue.

I purchased a mobile hotspot along with the $50 data package to use at my home. The device + data + activation came to $128. The coverage map showed service at my house, but there wasn’t. I returned within 24 hours. They would only refund money for the device (even though I couldn’t use the data). They also charged a 20% restocking fee. My total refund was $44. They charged me $84 for NOTHING. In response to the Boost Mobile Reply: When I made this purchase, I asked the employees to check to see if there would be service at my home. They said that service is available where I live. I asked if I could return if it didn't work. Do you know what he said? He said, "Sure, within 7 days." He said nothing about a 20% restocking fee or the fact that the $50 UNUSABLE data was non-refundable. I understand that your return policy is on the receipt, but do you know when I was given a receipt? AFTER THE PURCHASE. It may be your policy, but it is BAD BUSINESS. You are charging for a service that you cannot provide. It's basically stealing. You should re-think your return policy.

Have had boost for 6 years, love the service. Husbands phone broke needs new one. No one answers at Hawthorne for 3 days. My boost site has not changed to say this store is closed. No store in the area even knows about the others. 3 days wasted. Ordered phone from web site 3 days ago I have been charged but still dont have a order number & no way to check the order. Price is good but I guess you get what you pay for. Very unhappy with lack of information and customer service. Now closest store is 30 miles away.

I love my Boost phone I got here. The ladies are so nice. Erika helped me make the switch. She was so helpful and explained everything to me in detail. They had a good promotion I wasn’t going to pass. Got a free phone when I switched and I only had to pay my plan and activation.Yay!

Worst service ever. I was in this store today to buy me and my wife a new phone. In the process there was another customer already at the desk working with another employee. As i was looking at the phones i could hear the employees speaking to the customer very rudely about how he should not have came to the store if he did not have enough money when the poor old gentleman was just trying to get himself the best deal. The customer was not rude even once. At that point me and my wife confronted them and told them that was no way to be speaking to a customer and it was very disrespectful. I will never do business with this store ever again and hope everyone that reads this does the same.
