Blue Skies Construction built a 12 ft. x 28 ft. screened in porch with a cathedral ceiling along with a 12 ft. x 12 ft. deck. From the very beginning Michael did an outstanding job. Michael's quote was very detailed and held throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with the quality workmanship that they performed. Kyle and Ryan did an outstanding job and paid attention to every detail. We had a few minor changes along the way and Michael was very flexible and easy to work with. Michael and his team completed a full remodel in our kitchen and helped us create our dream deck with Trex composite decking and an underneath screened in porch. His team is a one stop shop. We are still waiting on a full refund for a deposit on a job never started in June, 2024. Had signed a contract for a bathroom renovation to make it more accessible for our handicapped son. Paid deposit which was half the cost of project and Michael never showed up. After numerous texts, emails with many excuses, we gave up on the project and asked for refund. Michael did pay us one check but still owes 3k.

Have done 3 projects with Mike at blue skies. They do very good work overall and mike makes sure to followup. Any warranty issues I had were taken care of quickly even when they were seen for some time. His workers are all very friendly. We had 2 water damage (1 fairly extensive and the other was a major project) and the 3rd was taking care if spme floorong we started but needed help completing.

We had a remodel of our master bath and are very pleased with the work Blue Skies Construction did. Once they started the project, the crew came every day and met or exceeded our expectations and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend Blue Skies for future renovation projects. Update to my review: One of the floor tiles cracked shortly after install and I contacted Blue Skies to have it replaced. That was in August. We were told to get the tile and they would come out "next week" to replace the broken tile. It's now mid December and no one has come out.
